I'm a 22yo male with a slightly growing concern, so through the advice of friends and personal research, I've decided to look into getting a psychological evaluation. The trouble is I don't have insurance, and I've never done anything like this before. Can somebody please give me some tips or pointers?

I'm 22, male, 5'11" and a little under 300lbs. and my goal is to lose about 100lbs. I've been trying to lose weight for a few months now. Going through the standards: I've been consuming about 1000 calories a day, and doing cardio exercises, but have had little results.

I know it won't be a quick process, but I think I should have lost more than I have. Is there a diet supplement I could take that would help?

I have a PowerPC G4 mac, running a PowerPC G4 (2.9) 466MHz processor. I need something faster but the apple website doesn't have any processors for sale.

The processor I'm looking into is an Intel Celeron E1500 2.2GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor.

I know that Macs now use Intel processors, but I want to be sure it will work before I lay down the cash. Any tips, or advice?

I recently got a used Compaq desk-top and it's got a bunch of crap on the HDD. And I'd guess spy ware and maybe a virus. So I was wondering how I can completely reset the HDD (if it's possible to do so) to factory settings, and wipe EVERYTHING off?

If I were to go into the DMV, in Oregon, with a license plate number, can they give me car information based on that for a fee?

For Christmas I want to "upgrade" my fiancee's engagement ring. That is to say I want to put more on it. The band is already a perfect fit and holds sentimental value, so I was wondering if I can take the ring someplace and get stone(s) put on it, or do I have to get a completely new ring?
