best cleaning agent for rebel seats?
I have just found a 1967 rambler rebel in excellent condition but the vinyl seats are filthy. i'm worried if i use the wrong cleaner it could weaken the stitching. there are no rips in the seats or discolouration. just years of built up dirt.

we looked at a house today. sales rep said put in an offer it wont last. we returned to the real estate office to organise an appraisal on our house and he then said the market is slow nothing is moving.is this a guy who knows real estate or someone chasing dollars

all taps off and the meter doesn't move. but the meter says we have used 12 thousand ltrs in 3 days. our seller is filling with water and we have a submersible pump emptying it. this would be the norm in winter. not the middle of december we don't use sprinklers or have a pool. suggestions please
