  • How do you get over a death?

It's been almost one year since my fiance passed away 2 weeks after I proposed to her. She was murdered by a couple of drug dealers. Externally, I've gotten on with my life, work, etc. I've even sought professional help. But internally, I just can't stop thinking about her no matter how hard I try. Is this normal? Will I be okay in the long run?

  • How do I go from regular cable to having HD channels?

All this time, I've had regular Time Warner Cable, just connecting the coaxial cord to my old sd tv, without any kind of cable box. I am about to get a HDTV and need to know what are the steps to getting HD channels.

I am aware that I probably need to get a HD Box. My question is how do I get it and how much is it (buying price as well as monthly).

The question may sound kind of ignorant but I've never had HD till now so I know very little about it. Please tell me step-by-step what I have to do. Thank you.

  • What's the Chinese custom of ear pulling?

Apparently, there is a custom at restaurants in certain parts of China where the waitresses hold the customer's ears while making him or her drink something. Does anyone know what it's called?

  • Does anybody remember a live-action Aladdin movie...?

I distinctly remember seeing a live-action Aladdin movie many years ago. The movie was set in modern times where Aladdin is a working class guy. The genie was a fat and bearded man. I think the movie came out sometime in the 80s but I could be wrong. Does anybody remember it?

  • What movie was this....?

It was a suspense/thriller about this couple who rent part of their house to someone and as time goes by, he refuses to leave? I think it came out a few years ago.

  • Could I be sued for this...?

My friends and I were thinking of a making a parody skit featuring the character of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. The skit would be similar to SNL and MADTV. Could I be sued by the WWE or Dwayne Johnson for it even if I make it clear in the video that I don't own the name "The Rock"?

  • URGENT HELP! Computer won't recognize my burner!?

I regularly use Nero and DVD Flick for burning dvds and have done so for quite a while now. Just yesterday, both programs have stopped recognizing my burner.

I have a TSScorp CD/DVDW TS-H552U. When I check under hardware on my computer, its there.

But for some reason, neither Nero or DVD Flick recognize it. And they both used to recognize until now. I've tried re-installing DVD Flick but to no avail. Please help. Thanks in advance.

  • Does anybody know the name of this book?

As a child, I had read a book about a boy named Pete who, with his family, moves into a new house and supposedly there's gold hidden in the house. Throughout the book, he keeps being transported to the past, (only in his mind, not physically) where he witnesses history in relation to the gold and one of the characters he sees is a guy called Captain Savage. (Not the Marvel character).

In the end, they find the hidden gold in their house.

I read this book as a child and now I want to get it for someone else, but I don't remember the title. Does anybody know?

  • To whom would you say, "Good Morning Sunshine" to?

While some people tell me you can only say it to someone you know really well, others have told me that you can say it to anybody. What do you think?

  • Has anybody read Ring Of Hell by Matthew Randazzo?

It's seems like it's been the most controversial book on professional wrestling so far and I was wondering what other wrestling fans thought of it? Only answer if you're a avid wrestling fan.

  • Does anybody (in Indian families) still touch older siblings' feet these days?

My parents told me when they were growing up, they were expected to touch older siblings' or cousins' feet just like any other elders' feet out of respect in true Indian tradition, but I don't see it happening too much with this generation. I mean, I've seen younger people touch their grandparents', aunts' and uncles' feet, but not their siblings'. Is is still common?
