When I work out in the morning I can avg. a 9:30 minute mile pace with a heart rate of approx. 140bpm.

However, if I do a 9:30 minute mile pace in the afternoon, my approx. heart rate is 158bpm.

Same machine, same difficulty level.

Any idea why this is?

I was hiking in the middle east & drank 2 gallons of water before 10am. Shortly after I was confused, felt like passing out, kept urinating, felt out of sorts, my emotions were racing all over, I was panic stricken then would start laughing. I was a mess. I never went to the hospital.

Well, that was 3 years ago. Now I still am struggling a bit. When I get into a stressful situation, my body seems to over react & it is ALMOST overwhelming.

Anyone know why this is & if there is anything I could do to reverse any damage I may have done.

I have iTunes, but I want an mp3 player to relpace my I tunes program. What do you recommend?

I have a lab (2 yrs. old, 90 lbs.). I trained him with an invisible fence & he was doing well. However, now he just bolts through it without flinching.

I have the juice turned to max & it doesn't even startle him as he bolts through.

Also, I can't put up a fence. What can I do to keep him from bolting through it?

Therefore, whenever a T gives SH "E", the SH is going to reject it & the T would be open to believing it. So the issue of belief has to do with worldview (SH/T/ other) instead of the credibility of E.

Ok, so I have used iTunes for a long time & now I am running into the problem of this being my 6th computer (don't have access to the previous 4). Now I can't play my iPod via my new computer because I have authorized too many already.

Anyone know how to bypass this authorization thingy?

Can you add mp3 songs to your ipod, even though you have purchased them from say amazon.com?

If so, is there a limit to how many times you can authorize them on itunes?

Anyone ever have this-

I started my morning with a headache (rear right side) & went to have some breakfast with some friends. About half way through the meal, I started to feel really off & almost passed out. After the feeling subsided I noticed that my headache left. Also afterward I felt quite spaced out for several hours. After our breakfast was done I checked my blood pressure & it was normal.

Any ideas?
