good answers so far, I got her to escalator screaming and she trys to jump off it, at car park 3 storys she hanging on to rails etc, making me uncurl her fingers, people staring etc, she trys to jump in front of cars coming into park, get to car eventually and she won't get in, uses feet, hands, tries to get OVER wall 3 storys up, I really tried everything \\\i could. I have 4 kids and 2 grandchildren, I have fostered kids for years as well, I really don't know what to do here, I stopped the car as she trying to kick the door open, stopped outside police station as well, all to no avail. Is there a point where we allow a 7yr old to win and do as they please?if I was to try and make her take time out I would have to physically use force and we can't do stuff like that. How do I protect myself?The thing that struck me was that no one checked I wasn't kidnapping her!Back home she is shouting and crawling around on the floor.HELP!

today I had a child shopping with me, she squirting water in a clothes shop from her drink bottle, after asking her not to do it she continued, I removed the bottle and gave it to assisstant to throw in bin, she went mad, refused to leave store, I left and waited outside, 7 mins later she came out, saw me waiting and ran back in the shop! I went in took her hand and brought an unwilling child out, you can imagine. She screams and throws herself in front of shoppers shouting I want my bottle leave me alone, I decide shopping isn't going to work today and tell her we are going home, she gets worse, refuses to get up and then tries to go in the opposite direction when I get her up. I am in a busy mall and can't afford to lose her. I catch her 'hoody' she unzips it and runs again, I catch her top and hold onto jeans, she screams I'm giving her a 'wedgy', I hold the bottom of the t.shirt and she starts stripping it off. What should I have done? how would you handle this?she is 7yrs old,help

I was meant to have wardrobes fitted in Feb 2008, the fitting dates have been put back at least twice, a fitter turned up last Thursday, couldn't do much as essential parts of wardrobes frame not right ones, other parts damaged, replacements should be here now but not arrived. Two other fitters arrived yesterday but had no plans of how the wardrobes were meant to be, not their fault. I had plans faxed from company, not right ones. Fitters did as much as poss then left. Came back today, still no plans, still no parts, still not much idea. Left at noon today. Finance has paid for these wardrobes, according to finance company, as long as 75% of goods have been delivered that is good enough for payment to be released! I don't know if I will ever get any satisfaction from this Company or any wardrobes, I have asked for full refund and will keep all informed, who can guess? You know I can't hint or it would be slander I think? go on guess and beware of paying for anything or ordering even!!!

Does anyone know of this person B.R.Miller? I have a huge drawing which he signed, it seems it is of a war scene, cannons, horses, soldiers, swords etc. Old time war, tall hats, any ideas?
