HUGE music fan! Love card games, football (both college and pro), movies, gymnastics, dance, Cirque Du Soliel, Jimi Hendrix, Jack Black, coffee, John Lennon, rainy days, and so much more. I support many causes, Autism Awareness is #1 to me. I Consider myself Independent as far as politics go; and Agnostic as far as religion is concerned (I threw those labels out there for those who NEED to classify me...see how nice I can be). I am firm in my theories and beliefs, but I still try to keep an open mind.

  • Please help me find some good instrumentals!?

I am looking for some instrumental tracks (NO Vocals whatsoever). No hiphop, techno, or trip-hop type stuff because I already have plenty. I'd prefer rock, death metal, punk or pop. Anything that sounds like Mudvayne, Disturbed, Static X or Slipknot would be best.

Thanks, and remember NO VOCALS please!

  • Can "pigs in blankets" be prepped in advance?

I was wondering if I could save time by wrapping the little sausages in the crescent rolls the night before and keep them refrigerated until the next day. I know that the sausage is fully cooked already, but I wasn't sure if the dough will keep good once opened. I want to be certain that there isn't a risk in doing this.

Also, any storage tips for overnight in refrigerator? Air tight container or foil? Serious answers only please. Thanks everyone!

  • Looking for names of songs...death metal, hard rock, etc.?

I need instrumentals only! I already looked up Slipknot, Mudvayne, Metallica, Disturbed, Static X, Adema, System of a Down, and a few others. • How do I clean a hair-dye stain off of my counter?

About a month ago, I spilled some brown hair dye on my bathroom countertop. I wiped it, but figured I'd wash it off later. Now, I can't seem to get the stain out. I've used clorox and scrubbed profusely, but it won't come out. Is there a trick or secret to it?

And it's not tiled, marbled, stone or porcelin countertop. It's some other cheap material.

  • Where can I find Disney's DTV Romancin?

It aired in 1986 on NBC I think. I had a taped copy from tv from the 80's and of course it's destroyed after all these years. I've tried nearly every search engine known to man, and can't find a copy anywhere! If anybody has a copy would they be willing to sell it? And yes, I have tried Ebay several times...nothing.

And it's not the same as Disney's DTV Doggone Valentine, it's completely different.

  • Why do people use religion as a 'crutch'?

What I mean by this, is that I've noticed that whenever people are facing a challenge or rough patch in life, they turn to religion to help them along. This can be great in many ways, and I AM NOT knocking the idea. I do however wonder why a drug addict can't kick an addiction for his/her own self, or a rape victim can't get through for themselves instead of for god.

I mean NO offense with this question. I just never understood why AA or other programs have chosen the word of god (mainly christianity) to pull people through, instead of teaching them to look deep in themselves to get by. I am so lucky to have myself to thank for getting through rough stages in my life. Why don't more people have faith in themselves???

    SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE!

  • Did I pop a blood vessel?

My foot slipped under a wooden desk, and I banged the top of the foot. Now it itches and has a big blue bump on top. It's never happened to me before, but a popped blood vessel was first to come to mind.

So, is that all it would be? And will it go away, or do I have to do something to it?

    Thanks for the help!

  • Where can I donate sports cards?

I've checked many sites so far, but I haven't found anywhere to donate all these cards. I have something like 500,000 cards, including baseball, football, basketball, and even hockey. Most of the sets and singles are late 80's to early 90's. I have tried many times to sell, however, potential buyers spend hours rummaging through them just to buy 1 damn card! I haven't got time for that. And because I'm moving, they have to go. So any place or anyone in Southern California can either take them all as is or I can donate them locally. Any suggestions?

And yes, I've tried to sell through Ebay and local newspapers---> I just want them gone!

  • Can anyone help me with some new and easy cocktail ideas?

I am looking for some clever ideas for cocktails that are easy to make and don't require tons of ingredients (for example: screwdriver, rum & coke, etc.). Anything you can think up or have invented/stumbled upon yourselves will be helpful. Creativity is a plus. Thanks!

  • Looking for large used mirrors in southern California...?

We are looking for large mirrors for our dance studio, but we can't afford brand new ones. Does anyone know of anywhere in southern California, specifically the Inland Empire, where we might find some? Thanks everyone!

  • "Good vs. Evil" themed party this weekend, and I still need help as to what I should go as?

My hubby and I are both in desperate need for character ideas. Many have suggested all the obvious (superman, catwoman, devil and angel, etc.) I was hoping for something more original, yet noticeable. It's also a matter of convenience. I need to be able to recreate the look by Saturday...HELP! Thanks everyone!

  • Please help! I need character/costume ideas for a "good vs. evil" themed party.?

My hubby and I don't necessarily have to coordinate with each other, but it would be cool if we had a duo idea. I am looking for originality. Already passed up superheroes (too common) and other generic ideas. Any input will be very helpful, thanks!

  • Should my husband consider the pump?

My husband has injected insulin for Type 1 Diabetes for the past 20 years. We have been talking about him switching to the pump, but is it really worth it after 20 years? I mean, can a grown man adjust well enough to that kind of change? Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  • 80's costume ideas?

My hubby-to-be and I are having a pre-wedding party with all our closest friends. It's a totally 80's theme. I need a costume idea (couples costumes are preferred). I really want to be off the wall and original. Trying to avoid the cliche 80's characters. Something kinda sexy may be a plus! Any tips are greatly appreciated!

  • A thank you gift for Dad?

I'm on a bit of a budget, but I'd like to get a nice gift for my father who has been helping me plan and pay for my wedding. Other than the usual photo album, or golf accessories, what should I consider? He's a basic kinda guy. Doesn't have lots of hobbies due to back injuries. I'm drawing a blank on this one...help! Thanks.

  • What is the worst that can happen...besides the pain?

I have two broken wisdom teeth (roots/nerves are exposed), and I haven't had them pulled after 3 years. Am I at serious risk for anything? Just need to prioritize my health and dental concerns according to urgency. Thanks.

  • What are the requirements for in-office teeth whitening?

I would like to whiten them in the next two months, but I'm afraid they won't due to my current conditions. I have cracked wisdom teeth and a few un-filled cavaties. Possibly more. Can't afford to do all the major work (no insurance) but getting married soon. Will these conditions prevent them from doing the job?
