I have tried a q-tip, a brush, and sewing through fabric and a paper towel hoping it will eventually stop picking up oil. It has not. How can I fix this?

If things are set to "friends only", can a non-friend see what I've posted if I send them a message?

I had a cell phone number for the past 10 years, but switched to T Mobile last year so that I could travel in Europe. Well, due to my forgetfulness, I didn't reload the number, and even when I emailed them about it around the time the account deactivated (to ask if I needed to do anything to keep it active) the guy was like "nope! All good!" So now that I'm going back to the US.... I learn I've lost my number. T Mobile isn't being helpful. They say it's been "donated" but they don't know where, or how to get it back. Is there a way to track down the number and get it? I don't think it's in use, though I haven't tried calling it yet. Someone else told me they called recently and couldn't get through. So... how can I get my number back? Thanks!

Even going through their permissions quiz I can't find an answer to this. I am creating an ebook guide to restaurants in Paris, and for each restaurant I list I want to include a map showing where it is. I don't know if this book will ever be in print, but for now it's just for the Kindle. Am I allowed to use Google maps for this? And if not, where can I go for a map I can use? Thanks!

I recently moved and have to lay down some new rules for my cat. I want him to stay off the bed, but since it's a pretty comfortable surface, he tends to curl up on it. It's easy enough to solve this at night - shut him out of the room. But during the day he needs access to the cat door, which is in the bedroom. So when I'm not home, I can't supervise him or shut him out of the bedroom. Is there some way to keep him off of the bed? Thanks.

I'm a beginner, but I've learned on an upright. I recently moved and want to get a digital piano. I want something that sounds and feels as much like a real piano as possible in this price range. I don't really care about other sounds, harpsichord and whatever they stick on there... not important. But I would like to be able to play the keyboard and record on my computer at some point. I've narrowed it down to the Korg SP170 or SP170s (what's the difference?) or the Casio Privia 130 or 330 ... Any suggestions? Thanks!

I've spent a lot of time in Paris and am just really troubled by all the petty theft. Why is it so bad here, and is there anything being done to stop it? It's just terrible.... I could go on about it but that's all I'll say for now.

I have two cheap French cell phones, which still work, are fairly new... I'd like to donate them, but I'm not sure where. They have the European 2-prong plug, and I don't know if the phones will work in the US, either. any ideas?

I was using prepaid card with SFR on my unlocked iPhone in June/July... got it stolen, got a new phone... did the same thing - bought a SIM, topped it up with unlimited internet and communication credit. I can receive and send calls and texts but no internet or email. My calls all come as Unknown numbers as well, even though they're in my address book. My APN setting is websfr... 2 stores and customer service were no help at all. I'm tired of spending so much time on this, I just want it to work again. Can someone help me? Thanks!

Not an "around the world" thing, but something that will let me fly back and forth from Europe to the US frequently.

I'm from California, and I'm addicted to sushi. I love specialty rolls like shrimp & asparagus tempora, caterpillar rolls, things with sauce dripped over them .. mmm. I've been in Paris for 6 weeks and have been to 5 different sushi restaurants and am going mad! Every one has the same menu, just varying degrees of quality fish. Where is the good sushi? This is a big town, there must be some. Where do I go? Help! Thank you !

They aren't used to city living, and I want to keep them safe but not trapped inside. My budget is not big right now. What areas might I start looking in?
