I have just had one helpful answer about writing e-mails in a different font but I am having trouble READING my e-mails as they are in such a small font. Can someone tell me how to change this. It just suddenly happened; I have never had this trouble before. Thanks in advance for any help.

It says that I have to click the tools icon and that I shall be given the option to change the font but it is not coming up with this option. Can anyone help?

I have inherited a stray cat and I would like to know from experienced cat owners what they think the best flea treatment is ? (UK answers please).

I have bought flea collars from the local pet shop but every time the cat returns, someone has thought it amusing to remove the collars! I have bought three in the past month!!

My mother underwent major surgery last year at the age of 91 and the anaesthetic has given her heart failure which is now being controlled by medication. She has however been diagnosed with cataracts and her eyesight is failing. She has been advised to have the cataracts surgically removed but, as you can imagine, she is worried about subjecting herself to a further operation. We have heard that general anaesthetic will probably not be necessary but we are both worried about the trauma of an eye operation on a lady with heart failure. Can anyone give us some advice? Should we leave it or should we consider surgery? Many thanks in advance.

I was using Yahoo answers and suddenly the print went very large. I have tried restarting the computer but the size of the print is still massive. How do I get back my normal size screen. Even when I am typing this, it is very stange because it is filling the whole screen? Please help, someone!

My mother has been diagnosed with heart failure and my immediate reaction was that she had been given a death sentence. She has been prescribed beta blockers and ace inhibitors which seem to be working well.

I am just really looking for reassurance. With these tablets, what are her chances of survival?

How serious an operation is it?

The vet has prescribed Zantac and has done blood tests on her which have come back negative and yet she is still suffering frequent bouts of colitis - very rumbly tummy, discomfort and jelly-like diarrhoea. Has anyone any ideas?
