  • Hand tremor related to kneecap dislocation?

Over the last 18 months I have dislocated my right kneecap around 60 times, due to hyper extension and injury that allowed my muscles to deteriorate. I was being quite successful in physio that I haven’t dislocated since june 2013. When my left knee cap dislocated, my issue is that I seem to have developed a twitching tremor in my hands, the twitching can also be in both legs and my lower back ..sometimes it feels like I am shivering although I am not cold. is this definitely related to the dislocations or could it be something completely unrelated?

  • side effect from the use of dexamethasone and meloxicam in rabbits?

My Rabbit (3 years 11 months) had 2 tear duct infections/ blocks and had went into the vets on the 10th of May to get them flushed, he was slightly off his food on the 9th of May. the vet managed to do the first 1 awake but then he wouldn't have it so he had a general. On his 2 day check up after we got him home, he was found to have low gut sounds he was treated with antibiotics(on for 2 days), gut stimulant (on for 3 days) and and anti-inflammatory (meloxican) which he was also on up until 36 hours ago. along with a recovery food which he has been syringe fed to maintain and gain weight for 5 days) He got good gut sounds on the 15 May and has gained back 120g of the 300g he lost during the period. However has developed head drooping and tilting within the last 3 days. It is thought to be one of 4 things, an ear/ inner ear infection, parasites in the brain, meningitis or damage from the General. he is now being treated with a different antibiotic (enrofloxacin) and Panecare (fertbendazde) and the vet would want to but him on Dexamethasone but it doesn't mix well within 7 days of taking the anti-inflammatory (meloxican) even in cats and dogs it can cause diarrhea, vomiting and bleeding from ulcers. However my vet has never used the combo on rabbits before, and i didn't want my rabbit to be the experiment without researching the effects on rabbits.

  • what the process for reporting / owning Pit bulls in the UK?

Normally i wouldn't say anything but the dogs in question were lose (standing in the middle of the road no owner in sight) chasing things and acting fairly aggressively, to be honest they acted and looked dam scary and had to stop the car as they wouldn't move out of the road .. so i'm wondering who it is that is called to report the dogs and is there any circumstance in the UK where its ok to own Pit bulls legally?
