I'm not used to running on pavement. Usually I'm running through the woods. With having flat feet and the hikers I was wearing bruised my heal and ankle real bad. I went to the hospital just to hear "take tylenol" for the pain. Man, It feels like I'm walking on spikes. What can one do to get rid of that type of pain? I here they call it planters feet but being some what medically knowlaged this feels worse than a break. Is there anyone that has experienced this or know what to do?

I have stage 1, diagnoced at the age of 11. When I was 19 it went away for a while. When I turned 30 it came back, not as severe as some other people I know. I have broken over 40+ bones and need to make some changes. I tried an organic diet, it got worse and broke 4 ribs. Is there any advice out there?

One of my friends, after knowing her for 6 years, someone that realy irratates you, almost like someone that gets on your nervs all the time just said that, and kissed me. I don't know how to respond. Any advice?

I have had surgery today on my hernia. Has anyone has any complications after the surgery? Also when I woke up, I had a couple of nurses #'s on the table. Do they look at your junk when your out?

Putting aside from what we know, does anyone really know what the truth is?

Long ago, our great grand-parents and grand parents lived the tradition of family values and morals. With the outdoors in their hearts to be passed on to the following generations. We want to bring back that old time tradition of learning about the outdoors with family and friends.

I teach the old fashioned way mixed with some modern Technology. Not just hunting, camping, canoeing, map and compus, plant and species Identification................etc.

Seen on the news about a month ago. Said to be six miles wide.

I started teaching last april (for FREE) about the wilderness, animals, plant identification, and map and compus. How do I get more kids and families involved?
