I just found out that they have found O.J. guilty of the robbery whey do they keep trying to get him on something???

My daughter is 17, she has a cell phone that I allow her to keep all night of course, she cleared out her entire call log, incoming,outgoing, and call history when I went to check the phone in the morning to see if she had been on it, there was nothing there so I couldn't tell, she tells me she was just playing on the phone and erased all of it.
