i don't know the problem in TV or DVD player when i change TV back round color like blue then hear audio only if i change color no volume but video i canot get any time even dvd player brand name also on screen

probapaly it is printer problem becuase i have install software when i complete software setup i unable to get green ok simple even my computer showing msge printer unpluged but i fit properly printer also on not properly sometime on all light in my printer some time on some light only like check paper,100% fit to paper ect... so is it printer problem how to solve this any once help me
