I don't understand why some people think it is wrong to adopt a child out of your own race.

For example: I don't find it any different from adopting or buying a dog. You would still love that dog no matter what breed it is.

I really want to adopt a little girl from China when I am a bit older.

Some of my friends and family don't agree with the idea of it...Why is that?

And turns our you spent your whole life living with the wrong parents but you loved them when you were actual royalty...Would you leave the people who raised you? or Go with royalty?

I took my husky and border collie to the vet for boogery eyes and they said it was "pink eye"

I gave them the medication for weeks and it cleared up just fine but they will still get boogers in the eyes once in a while..It is just a bad year for dog's eyes?

Is there a way I can help their eyes?

Can I use eye solution on their eyes or will that make it worse?

They do not have pink eye anymore but I think it might be the move we just had and they might not be used to the plants and pollen here.

I have blonde hair right now but it is mixed with a few reds and such.

So doing a root touch up is out of the question.

Should I just grow out to my natural hair color?..which is blackish brown

Or just leave it for now and keep deep conditioning?

How do people with fake blonde hair keep it looking so well?

My hair is natural straight and super thick.

My hair is beyond damaged.

I used just the conditioner today..left it on for an hour and rinsed out.

It looks so much more healthier. Can I do this everyday or every other day or is that bad for your hair?

I am fine with eating cheese, yogurt and milk but only when I eat ice cream do I get sick. Why is that?

My border collie (Carbon) will get sick (throws up or has diarrhea) a lot more than my husky (Zelda) will. If Carbon eats something by mistake like for example (eating table scraps to eating horse poop) he will get really sick but if Zelda does it she won't. Is it the breed or just his stomach?

I went for a job at BJ's Wholesale for just a receiving/stocking job. After the interview, HR told me that I am receiving manager material and that she would have her general manager interview me. I have an interview on friday with him. I am worried that he will not see what I have to offer for the company. Do you think I have a good shot for the job? I was in the break room and noticed that a guy I work with was sleeping so I bought him a soda so he wouldn't be so tired during the rest of his shift. He then wrote me a note saying "thanks" and that "I should text or call him sometime". I have a boyfriend that I have been with for 5 years and I only bought him the soda out of kindness and nothing more. I see this guy every day at work. Should I text him and tell him that I have a boyfriend or just act like i never got the note?

My mom has a 13 week old great dane. She is kind of on the fence about if she should get her dog tacked or not. What are the side effects after getting a dog tacked? Is it safe? What age can you have your dog tacked? Thanks so much =)

I have tried everything...Toys..Bones...No dig spray... What can I do?

My dog just learned to dig under the fence and also got hit by a car while chasing after her.

I am so worried that she will dig out next time she gets.

Is there another way I can stop her? Like a mixture of something smelly to put on the edges of the fence line or something?

So I work with this guy who always sexually harasses me, has an explosive temper and makes the work place a hostel environment. After months of dealing with this I finally told HR. I was scared to tell anyone because I thought he would make my life a living hell at work more than he already does. My HR is very upset and wants to fire him. He also makes people quit because he cannot keep his mouth shut. He told an 18 year old kid that He was a terrible father and stupid for having a kid...He is just a complete jerk. I didn't go to my zone manager first, I just went to HR. Did i do the right thing? I am nervous of the results. What if he finds out that I said something? What if he doesn't get fired?
