I am almost out of the prescription ear flush. The vet is closed till Monday. Is there anything at home that will work as a good ear flush until I can get to the vet?

I have an expensive leather purse that almost looks like suede, but it's not. It's a soft fuzzy type leather. I have taken it to 2 dry cleaners and a shoe repair place that cleans leather but all have said they can't do it. Does anyone have any ideas as to where I can take this purse? It's very expensive and I like it and want to keep it looking nice.

Or do I have to buy the pills made for dogs?

I work out at least 4 times a week. I am on my feet all day as I am a teacher. And for about a month now I have had an issue with my last 2 toes on my left foot either tingling or going numb several times throughout the day. I've had back problems all my life which leads to other aches and pains but I've never experienced anything like this. It's wierd. Can anyone give me some insight besides " you need to go see a doctor." Thanks for the help.

So since this is a 15 player keeper league, my 1st and 3rd are really equivelent to 16th and 18th picks.

My son will be having surgery on his knee in a couple of weeks. They are going to go in and try to fix what's wrong and they will also be taking a biopsy of his cartilage to send off to a lab and have it harvested. The lab will keep the cartliage in the event that he has to have another surgery. So I really have two questions. First, what is this procedure called? When they take the cartilage and harvest it. Second, does anyone know if insurance generally pays for the cartilage to stay in a lab or is that a personal cost that we would incur?

My golden retreiver has been sick for about an hour. She has thrown up 3 times, the first was her food, the second two times only stomach bile and foam. She even resisted one of her favorite treats. She obviously doesn't feel good. Can dogs have pepto or anything else that helps the stomach? I know I have given her benadryl before.

Okay, so I went to the dentist, which I normally do twice a year. I had been seeing a dentist regularly who always just cleaned my teeth filled one cavity the last time I was there and that was it. I went to a different dentist last week because my insurance changed and it's closer to my house. From the minute the dentist walked in they were trying to tell me that I needed braces, that I needed 8 cavities filled, that I needed a deep cleaning, and visits every 3 months instead of every six months. I found this very surprising because wouldn't my last dentist have realized that??

So my question is, do people at dental offices ever try to "up sell" their services or products? Or do they ever tell you that you need something even though you may not really need it? Anyone who has every had this experience or that works in a dental office please help!
