As a very competitive person, I know it sucks to lose (I've played ball), but I can't recall Brady ever shaking hands with opponent after a lost. He always run to the locker room. I've seen him congratulate the other team after a loss though.

I understand he is a competitor, but more and more, he's starting to seem like a "diva."

Who would've thought that Alan Scott would be the new gay hero? Well, he's not prominent (in modern DC comics), but he's not obscure.

But, what happens to the story line involving his children (I looked it up on DC wikia). His son was a gay hero, so why didn't they just focus on him.

Well I have a 1 yr. old male cat (don't know what type of breed he is) and once every month or so, his left eye starts to irritate him (he keeps that eye halfway open) and his eyelid margin turns red. Basically, look as if something hit him in the eye. His other eye looks cool though.

Also, he seems a bit sluggish.

If so, I would love to avoid the vet who charges an arm and a leg for the most unnecessary things ever.

Extra info:

Found him as a stray @ 6 weeks. Took him to the vet and paid $500 for parasite removal and other crap. He was neutered labout a month ago.

Earlier today, I found two rabbits in my church's parking lot. Both appear to have swollen eyelids, and have some type of thick grey crust around their eyes, to the tip of their noses. I've looked it up and it said something about "pink eye", but I'm uncertain. Aside from that, they seemed well fed (guessing someone abandoned them once they got sick), just a bit dirty and inattentive.

I'm planning to take them to the humane society. But, if I was to keep them/give them away, is it serious...would they have to be put down?

I'm aspiring to be a mechanical engineer, but I do not know where to start, what courses to take/study for, what should I major in, and etc. Basically, where do I start? (I've researched it several times, unfortunately, no success)

Background info:

I'm 19 years old, and at the moment, I'm taking an university-endorsed Bible studies class (actual college course taught by a professor with a doctorate) but once I'm finished, I'm going to have about 30 free credits, an Associates Degree, and I believe college hours (not sure what this means yet). After finishing the class, I'm planning to transfer into an university (not sure which one yet).

Meanwhile, I'm trying to prepare for what is expected, but have no idea what I should be preparing for. During high school, I took physics, and calculus (AP, but never took the test), and I plan to revisit it during my free time and retake everything in college. Sadly, my high school never offered anything relating to engineering, so I'm totally lost.

Nearly anything will help; any resources, testimonials, etc will be greatly appreciated.

I was wondering if it's possible to access an old HDD with a CRC error (Cyclic Redundancy Check).

Simply, my old computer's motheboard crashed, and got a new one; so, I decided to copy old files unto the new HDD. I connected my old HDD as a slave or secondary storage (SATA), and made sure it was connected in BIOS, which it is. Then, I booted up my pc, went into computer management; the slave HDD is there, but when I try to initialize it, the error pops up, although the motherboard recognized the HDD and its proper brand type and how many GB it can hold.

Tried running check disk, but command prompt is saying that it cannot open the volume for direct access.

I've disconnected the HDD several times to inspect it and clean, but so far, it hasn't helped.

Is there anything I can do about this?

Extra details:

The old HDD's os is vista while the new one is Windows 7. Both are SATA: the main HDD is in port 1 while the second is in port 2.

When calculating for the total momentum value, what becomes of the vector unit from the velocity?

For instance, let say an object with a mass of 2 had a final velocity of -5 m/s (the negative sign represents the vector unit of heading southward), while another object with a mass of 2 also, had a final velocity of +5 (the + represents heading northward).

The equation for the final momentum is m(1)*V(1t)+m(2)*V(2t).

So, would the final velocity be 0 kg*m/s or 20 kg*m/s?

When calculating the final momentum, do I consider absolute value?

The email also states that anybody who bought a copy of NCAA, madden NFL, or any other football game since 2005, is subjected to be a class member. I just received a letter from the military saying I'm registered. I recently turned 18, and never once signed up for anything pertaining to this. I've asked my mom and she said that it's simply saying that if there is ever a draft, I'm in the raffle. I asked someone else, and he said he never received this paper (who should have this also).

So all I'm asking is what is it....Does every male around the ages 18-25 receive these notices....do i have a choice if war ever erupted..am I screwed???

P.s. Knowing that I'm automatically register to go to war is something hard for me to fathom at this time...it's exciting to know that I'll have a chance to fight for my country, but is quite scary as well.

hello everyone

I'm a senior and is wondering how to write a perfect college/ap type essay. Recently, I read over a few high level essay, and was completely speechless. Apart from the writer's stance and structure, how the hell am I supposed to mirror the work that is worth a nine on the ap exam.

My quote/philosophy database is extremely weak

I have a moderate college-level vocabulary

I know how to differentiate the types of essays such as synthesis, rogerian, comparison, etc

I'm literally essay-phobic and have trouble completing essays in the allotted time

I've read many books, essays, and others pieces of writing, but I cannot write the essay AP scholars expect. I've written essays that my teacher says are AP-nines, but compared to the essays graded by AP scholars, seems elementary, to me that is.

Is there anything I can do to strengthen my literary skills, in general? Is there any guide or reference that I can use to become a "perfect" writer?

(PS. I'm taking the 11th grade Ap exam in my senior year due to a school transfer that screwed up everything)

I'm wondering is there any way to connect my PS3 slim to my monitor via my tower. My HDTV broke, and can't cough up cash to buy a new one for a while.

The monitor is HD, but lacks the HDMI port/ The Red/white/yellow audio and video ports; but tower does have them. Preferably, I'd rather use whichever method that requires little-to-no chords (lost my HDMI, but if I have to, i'll buy a new one).

I personally hope not. It'll be kinda weird to play GoW and Madden on a PS platform that has a big apple as a logo that randomly appears every few seconds. Also, I'm not too sure if it'll be worth $700-$1000 for a game system that has ipad/itouch/iphone capabilities, that can only access wi-fi throught ATT, and can only reach its maximum potential through the use of other APPLE products.

I like Apple, but Apple is too expensive, and is too redundant at times with technology to try and invade the gaming industry.

From my camcorder, I upload the video (type MP4) to either Cyberlink Mediashare/Powerdirector (the only programs that support my camera). I need to extract the audio from this video, edit the audio into individual tracks, and burn to an Audio CD. If I'm able to do through Powerdirector, please tell. If not, or uncertain, please list any good programs that can help (doesn't matter if it's free or not).

I totally do not get it.
