I purchased an 18k gold chain in Qatar at a gold and jewelry store. When I went back to the U.S I took it to a pawn shop to confirm that it was real. They tested it by rubbing it on a block and then putting acid on it. The gold turned green and they said it looked real to him, but because of the acid test he couldn't make an offer on it and didn't want it. Immediately after, I went to a jewelry store to have them test It. This time, the made a small cut in the chain and tested it with acid that way. The jewler said it was real and made a cash offer on it. I trust the jewler but I still have a cloud of doubt in my mind because I saw the acid test at the pawn shop and that the gold turned green which he said meant the gold was fake. Who Is right?

Also, the pawn shop wasn't trying to pull something on me or get it for free. They made no offer and told me they did not want it or could not take it.

I have been seriously considering investing in CVS stock recently and I believe now would be a great time to buy it due to the recent downturn in the market. I have researched it the best I can (to my limited knowledge of stocks) and I have found that it has a very high "bullish" index rating, and many stock advisers rate it a "buy."

The graph looks good in general, fairly stable with a steady increase over time. Right now it is down, and it seems to be a good time to buy. The continued to grow after cutting tobacco products which seems like a sign of a strong company.

HOWEVER,

I do not see how such a obsolete store can have future growth. Maybe it is just me or where I live (Texas) but I never go into CVS. It seems to me like Walgreens does a much better job of getting people in the store and advertising to customers. Walgreens seems to have lower prices than CVS and all the other big name stores have lower prices than both of those. A large part of CVS's revenue comes from pharmaceuticals but CVS offers no reason for customers to buy pharmaceuticals there vs. somewhere else other than a small rewards program that almost all stores have anyway.

What is your opinion on CVS growth? Do you think it would be a good long-term investment option? Do you have any other insight on the company?

As I said, I have a very limited knowledge of stocks and I always invest in stocks for the long term so please answer accordingly if possible :)

Does anyone know how to get free food? It could be from a grocery store, restraunt, or online. Hi,

I just started playing pc games and I just got call of duty world at war. The game will load the first video and i can get up to the mission select which i slect a mission and then the video will play for a few seconds. Then all of a sudden my monitor will turn blank and say Error: frequency out of range. After the first time that happened I started the game In safe mode and I played threw the whole mission. Then I quit so I could go to the options menu to increase the resolution from what it starts in safe mode and then started the second mission and the frequency out of range error popped up again. After that setting it to safe mode no longer worked any more and the error popped up about 20 more times as messed with the refresh rate and resolution on the actual world at war game settings.

Does anyone know how to keep this from happening or what other things I can try just to diagnose the problem.

My graphics card is a ATI radeon 4870x2 (2 gb gddr5). I have a 23 inch newish flat panel gateway monitor ( only about a year and a half old)

I was Installing Crysis 2 on to my windows 7 computer when accidently unplugged it during the install process. My computer shut down immediantly. So i plugged it back in and pressed the power button but nothing happend. I switched the power switch on the back of the computer on and off but it still dosent work. My computer Is custom made by me so suggest anything and i will be able to do it with out breaking warranties or taking it into the shop.

I have a Microsoft wireless Notebook optical mouse 3000. Model # 1056.

In the last week i have had to strike the mouse buttons to make it select something on the screen.

when clicking it, it will make the click noise but will not select anything on the screen unless I physicaly hit the button or press It with lots of force.

Is this happening to you also?

Do you have any suggestinons on how to fix it?
