I am 5'4 and weigh 150 pounds i am looking to lose about 30 pounds in the next six months. Below is what I am eating daily

Breakfast: Banana & oatmeal

Lunch: Veggie Sandwich w/ apple

Dinner: Large Salad

Exercise: I walk 2 miles daily, go to the gym daily , and volunteer at my local animal shelter about 3 times a week

My mom does not want me to get snakebite peircings (they are two piercings just under the bottom lip: one on the left side and one on the right.) She is worried they will get infected. To try to get her to allow the peircings I would like to know the percentage of snakebite peircings that get infected. Thank you.
