I'm in a bit of a pickle right now. I'm trying to buy this house and need to put in an offer really fast before it sales however the home needs many repairs that I want to include when making my offer. After going to Lowes and Home Depot to get help they told me I have to wait on an appointment with one of their contractors. I don't have the time for that.

Is there a website where I can just put in the footage of the house which is 2752 sq ft covering all of the roof, patio and garage. Insides 2500 sq ft which is what would need to be cooled (for any air conditioning unit and compressor.

I need estimates for:

New roof

New paint job outside

New paint job inside

air conditioning unit and compressor

14 new windows reputted or replaced

We need it by Monday. Please if there is a website that I can type in my numbers and get a round about figure that would help so much.

We got a new puppy yesterday. They said he had been weaned three weeks. Everyone told us he would cry and whine all night. He has not said anything. Not a whine nor bark. He gets up and run a play for about 10 minutes and they lay down and sleep. We still haven't heard a bark. He is a :Lab mixed with Boston Terrier. He did do a lot of trembling the first night. Is it normal for them NOT to cry or whine?

I have lots of oak trees and and hedges. I want my yard to look nice but cannot remove the leaves from the hedges. Is there a trick to this. I see others with trees and their hedges look nice. Help anyone.

I'm in a fix. I need to go to the library and go to Dell, save the download for my modem and bring it home to put on my computer to get it up and working. Problem is I don't see how to save the download only to install. Can someone help me fast. I'm at the library now.

I heard him say their would be tax cuts for those that provide health care.

I went into my dryer today to replace the belt. Once inside I saw that the belt was not broken but had jumped off the pulley because of the extremely heavy article my daughter placed in the dryer.

I put it back together and replaced everything but now at the bottom of the front panel of my dryer it is very loose. I have tried to redo it several times put can't get the front panel at the bottom of my Whirlpool dryer back tight like it was.

Can anyone help me?

While I was away from home, my 13 yr old daughter decided to tub wash a feather filled mattress and put this huge thing in my dryer. As you can image it was too large and the dryer wouldn't turn. She took it out and we had to throw the mattress away.

However the bigger problem is, now my dryer will not turn. It comes on, you can hear the motor, it gets hot but it will not turn.

Need help.

In order to help relieve the tax burden should people be taught Not to consider entitlement programs as an option? Or if considering it, should it be a last resort after asking family, friends and church for help?

I believe too many people when finding themselves in financial difficulty are too quick to run to the government.

If the government was not there as a safety net would people just give up and die or would they find another way to survive?

I say they will find another way to make it.

Should tax payers take the burden simply because someone is too prideful to ask family or church?
