I bought a super shooter spritz cookie maker at a garage sale this past summer. I unpacked it today followed the spritz cookie recipe and have a double batch of dough chillin in the fridge. As I was reading the booklet & washing all the parts I realizerd it is missing the screw! Now what do I do? Am I screwed! Can I still make cookies with the dough if I don't shoot it on the cookie sheet?
