I wanna get one on my 18th birthday but I'm not sure. Also where on my body would be the least painful?

im 16. im an atheist and i've been told by many theists (online, my family doesn't even know) that deep down i really do believe in god but i don't want him to exist. that makes me sooo mad and frustrated because they don't even know my life's story. they don't know that i thought there was something wrong with me because i couldn't get myself to believe in god.

My dads a preacher. they are deeply religious(christian) and it may come as a shock to them and they may be somewhat angry about it.

For one year i've considered myself and agnostic atheist. I come from a family with a life centered around Christianity. My father's a preacher. They told me and my siblings that if we decided we didn't want to 'serve the lord" they wouldn't punish us. but im afraid that if i tell them they would not only very upset they'd be scared to give me more freedom because i may make mistakes. they often listen to preachers that say that if you have a child without the "holy ghost" you need to protect that child. some even go as far as to say that parents of non-believing teenagers should not board at college. (which mean that i will not be able to go to my first choice college)

on the other hand, I'm sick of feeling awkward whenever they ask me to pray.i feel as though i'm not being honest at times. i would like to take SAT classes on sunday instead of going to church because i deem it more important.

What do think i should do?

please explain. if no? what do you think SHOULD be done. remember im talking about MORBIDLY obese. meaning dangerously overweight like you'd see on maury or jerry springer not just fat.

or any religion for that matter?

take a guess. i think i'll be in college studying who-knows-what, having a job at some coffee shop somewhere, having a boyfriend and being probably 5lbs heavier.

the death penalty. should it be abolished or not?

Who you see that as an advantage or would it make you more nervous at block parties.

im in high school and im really considering going to massachusetts college of pharmacy and health sciences. i just want to know what to expect (i already know it pays well.)

i'm starting a club next year at my school and we are going to raise money for foundations that help women. So far i have breast cancer, domestic abuse and rape. It doesn't have to only apply to women but the whole point of this club is to raise money to help other women around the world.

I believe that women should take more of a role in politics and fight against things like rape and choice. People in my school assume i just hate men. I just agree with some of the points of the club and it fun. We get to work with female politicians, raise money for breast cancer and stuff. but i like men and i believe we should work with men to achieve this.

why do guys and girls in my school think im anti-men? Don't you think its sad that people think this way?

One time i was standing at the bus stop by myself and a black car pulled up in front of me. That same day he was parked in front of house. We filed a complaint to the police but we didn't have his plate number. He parked in front of our house only twice after that. and today he showed up a different car with another old man and a new car. What do i do now?

Why do some people feel as though they are taking are jobs when they have the worst job you can imagine.

Why do people assume its all mexicans while most of them are Nigerian and Russian (so i've heard, you can check that up if you want.)

How are they hurting the nation? Up until the 1940's everybody that came to this country was legal, there was no rules.

In my home state of massachusetts, a teenager can get an abortion without her parents knowing. In the case of adoption it's hard do it without your parents knowledge but can she do it without their permission also?

Does being gay subject you to a lot of criticism and rejection? If yes, what was the hardest thing for you?

For non-gays, please don't preach or say anything negative. I'm merely a straight girl that would like to know more about life a a homosexual since i've never been really close to one (no that i know of)

they said it was against the bible for a girl to make such a decision although i never recall hearing about that in church. They also compared it to the time I said I was pro-choice and pro-gay marriage. Afterwards I heard them talking in their room saying, "I think we should have taught her more godly values. Does Christainity teach that?
