What is the difference between the following 2 sentences:

おきゃくさんとはなしをしています。

おきゃくさんとはなしています。

is it possible to get a woman to sign a legally binding contract to not put on weight and to always look after herself and not let herself go. My fear is that after children she might stop making an effort with her appearance. So I would like to get her to agree to sign a legally binding contract that will ensure she always looks good for me. My girlfriend is not totally in favour of this idea and she seems to think that it would be unenforceable, i disagree. Comments please.

the actual correct answer was

what is the meaning of what I originally said? I would like to try and understand what I said that was wrong.

Id like suggestions on how to improve

Day 1

Eiffel Tower - go to the top

Île des Cygnes - stop by just to view the mini statute of liberty

Parc André Citroën - go up in the balloon

Arc de Triomphe - go up it, have a look around

Champs-Élysées - just walk down it to the next stop

Place de la Concorde - have a quick look round

Tour Montparnasse - dunno what Im gonna do here yet

Moulin Rouge - dont want to see the show, just have a look round in the dark, with all the neon lights

Day 2

Louvre - all i need to see is mona lisa and venus de milo (no time to see anything else)

Notre Dame - just a quick look from the outside

Cimetière du Père Lachaise - visit jim morrison, chopin and oscar wilde

Place de la bastille - just a quick look round

arc de la defence - just a quick look round

Eiffel Tower (again) - its supposed to be completely different at night all lit up etc...

OK so I arrive wednesday at Charles de Galle at midday

Ill go directly from there to city centre (have not booked hotel yet, but it should be city centre 3 star)

Ill try and get one or 2 things from the list done before I can check in to hotel - which I guess will be around 2pm-5pm, I may actually fit the moulin rouge visit in this night

thurs and friday are days 1 and 2

Eiffel tower and louvre must be done very first thing due to queues later in the day

and I leave first thing Saturday morning

if I have any spare time I plan to maybe get in a visit to the hall of mirrors in versailles and stade de france

Id love some comments on how to improve this, I plan to this to be very hectic and rushing around few days, there will be no lounging around in cafes/browsing shops. Are any of the places i have chosen to visit temporarily closed ?
