Is it possible to pre-write an e-mail in Microsoft Outlook but schedule it to be sent a few hours later automatically once that time hits? I am not asking about drafting an email and not sending it but to schedule it to be sent at a certain time of day when I will not be at my desk to push the send button. Anyone know how to do this?

I am getting wall to wall carpet installed in a room that I self measured to be 180 square feet. I will be having the actual installers measure the carpet before they install though. How much extra carpet margin is acceptable for them to add? I don't want them to tell me I need more than I actually do. I realize they must have some extra, but how much is the norm?

I want to use carpet tiles to recarpet my basement and the basement stairs. The stairs have that rounded lip design where the lift meets the step. Does anyone know how to carpet this lip using carpet tiles? It would seem that you would somehow have to wrap it over the lap but I don't think carpet tiles do that?

for performance tires, is the tread usually not as deep as it is with non performance tires?

My goal is to build muscle mass. I use low reps with high weight. How often per week should i lift each muscle group? In otherwords, if i lift my pecs on monday, when should i work them again if my goal is to build muscle?

I am trying to build as much muscle mass as possible and would like to know how often to work out an individual muscle group. For instance, how often do you recommend I work out my pecs....or my biceps per week?

When I lift, I lift heavy weights with low reps and go to exhaustion.

I don't want to under or over lift. Any suggestions from bodybuilders?

I'm waiting for the IRS to confirm receipt of my electronically filed return that I filed using Turbo Tax. I have to file form 8453-OL, but right now, Turbo Tax does not give me the option to print it.

Do I only get this option once the IRS confirms?

I did not have a printer ready to print form 8453. I already e-filed and cannot seem to find this form again on Turbo Tax.

Is it permissible to simply download the PDF version from the IRS' web-site, complete it, and mail it to the IRS?

Starting to take whey protein to help add muscle mass. How often should I be taking the whey protein for best results?

In 2007, some of my real estate taxes were paid from my escrow account. I then refinanced into a new mortgage where I do NOT escrow.

After refinancing, I paid my largest tax (school tax) in August directly to the school district - there was no escrow account by then due to the refinance.

Will Turbo Tax be able to account for this, or will it only ask questions about what my 1098 says I paid for real estate taxes?

I refinanced my house for $150,000 with a 7/1 ARM. I already know the index plus margin will be used to determine the interest rate when it adjusts, but I have a question about the monthly payment amount when it adjusts. The note says the following:

"The Note Holder will determine the amount of the monthly payment that would be sufficient to repay the unpaid principal that I am expected to owe at the Change Date in full on the Maturity Date at my new interest rate in substantially equal payments. The result of this calculation will be the new amount of my monthly payment."

Am I right that the new monthly payment amount is based off whatever the balance on the loan is when it changes.....or is it based off the original $150,000?

I own a property with my father (who's getting up there) as Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship. I realize his share transfers to me upon his death and that the property is supposed to avoid probate b/c it's titled as JTWROS.

When he dies, is it MANDATORY for me to record a new deed with my name only on it to avoid probate? Or would it still avoid probate anyways b/c we own it now as JTWROS?

I own property with my dad as Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship, and I am also the Executor of his Will.

When he dies, do I have to list this property as his asset, since we own it as JTWROS and his interest will evaporate upon his death?
