Is Vassar a really good school? I got accepted early decision. I do not really know a whole lot about it though. Can anyone here give me information. Nothing off of Wikipedia though! How are their dorms? Food? Campus? Proffessors? Education?

5 AnswersHigher Education (University +)1 decade agoMy SAT GPA and getting into the College that I want....?
So I took the SAT in and I made a 1690. I know that that is not the best score(it is roughly a 24 on the ACT). My GPA right now is about a 3.75 but with AP classes i'll probably graduate with a 4.0. I reall want to go to Vassar, Sarah Lawrence, or Spellman University. I will probably try to get my score up to like a 2040(30 on the ACT) but if I didn't and I were to try to get accepted in to those colleges just how I am now would I get accepted? Oh yeah I am like in 12 different clubs and Honor societies and I will(probably)be Senior class President. What do you think my chances of getting into a really good school are? Please adults and college students only answer this quesiton! Thanks!

6 AnswersHigher Education (University +)1 decade agoCan you go en pointe @ age 16?
OKay...so i am sixteen years old and i am going to start a ballet class in a coulple of weeks. I don't think i am going to be exceptionally gifted or be able to go en pointe this year or anything. I am really flexible and i can tumble and do left and right splits. Not to mention I have had some hip hop dance training. but what i am trying to say is how long will it take me to go en pointe. I am going to University next year. And they have a good dance program there. Could I be en pointe by my senior year? just tell me about how long it would take. I don't wanna be a prima ballerina or anytihng i just want to be able to dance for plays and stuff. THANKS A BUNCH GUYS!!
