I have had my ears at 00g for a year. I have these square silicone plugs that I wear. I took them out today and saw these lines on the inside of my ears, the lines are wrinkle like (I know they are not wrinkle but I do not know how else to describe them).

These marks are not open sores and my ears do not appear to be infected.

Since I noticed these marks I have been submerging my lobes in warm water for 5 mins daily, washing them with antibacterial soap, using saline solution on them, along with messaging them with vitamins e oil or baby oil which I do every other night, which has now been a daily regiment.

Should I be concerned about these ridges/wrinkle like lines on the inside of my stretched ears?

How can I get these marks to go away?

My industrial is almost a month old, the swelling since getting it has one down but not all the way. I'm sure it's not infected because it normally doesn't feel warm (it does now cuz the piercer changed the barbell a few days ago, it was extremely long). Since getting the barbell changed the swelling didn't increase.

How do I get the rest if the swelling in my industrial to go down?

I also clean it twice a day with anti-bacterial soap and H2Ocean
