  • Anyone else hate these terms as much as me?

I absolutely hate the words/terms 'preggo', 'preggers', etc. I cannot take anyone seriously who refers to themselves as preggo or preggers.

  • What to do before a circumcision?

My son was in the NICU for the first 3 weeks after he was born and they were unable to do a circumcision there and told me to ask my pediatrician about it. Well, I made the appointment and it's for tomorrow morning. The receptionist at my pediatrician office told me to call the office number and "follow the prompts"....but when I call I dont hear anything that could be related to circumcision.

So I was just wondering if theres anything else that he should/shouldn't do before he goes in in the morning? I already know that he is not allowed to eat two hours before the appointment but I just want to know if theres anything else I need to do?

  • I think my son may be constipated...?

More often than not he grunts and pulls his legs and head up right before passing gas. Sometimes he cries or looks like he is about to cry. He only has about one bowel movement a day. It's heartbreaking to see cause I don't know what to do? He's been using formula for nearly a month now (enfamil lipil) and didn't seem to have this problem when he first started it.

I've heard people say to give him some water. How much do I give him?? He's 1 month old if that makes a difference. I've been giving him about 1 oz every night....is that enough? or too much?

Also, should I switch him to Enfamil Gentlease? It supposively helps with fussy babies with gas. Anyone have any experience with it...did it help your baby??

    thanks!

  • 33 Weeks Pregnant - Back pain?

Ok, I'm 33 weeks pregnant (nearly 34) and for the past couple nights I have been getting these really bad sharp pains in my back. More specifically on the right side kind of where my ribs are. They come every couple minutes and never seem to last more than 5 seconds or less. Sometimes this goes on for an hour or more and seems to be only when I lay down.

Anyways, was just wondering if anyone knows what this is? If it makes any difference my bubs is currently breech. I was thinking it was Braxton Hicks...but not sure??

  • Disney Movie Reward Codes?

Anyone have a code or two to spare? My cousin is 400 points away from getting the prize she has been saving up for for a while and needs just a couple more codes. Please either IM or Email (through my profile) to me. Thanks :)

  • Diploma vs. GED?

Are there any differences between a HS Diploma or a GED? I once heard somewhere that if you have your GED that you won't get paid as much as you would if you had a Diploma....is that true? What about if you finish college and start a career, would you be paid less because you have a GED?

  • I don't understand?

Why do mexicans take their whole family with them everywhere they go? Seems like everytime i go to the store, each mexican family has about 10 people, and 3 or 4 generations. That just doesn't make any sense to me.
