my hair is naturally blonde and i wanted to go a few shades lighter but now my hair is an awful orange color; I have colored my hair all my life since i was 14 and i am now in my forty's. Can some one please help me with this. I can not afford to go to a salon as i lost my full time job 6 months ago and only have a 15 hour a week part time job. I am embarrassed to go out in public looking like this. Please help me.

I live in NC and last year a car was purchased and is financed and titled only in my name and i want the vehicle. He has already gotten on DUI 2 years ago and is wreck-less. He has just started a new job a month ago and has horrible credit. I want the car so i wont be responsible if something happens. Is that possible in North Carolina and if so how do i do it. I can not afford a costly legal battle as i work 2 part time jobs but i can afford to make the payments.

I was recently buying a car from a family member with no written agreement and was in an accident over the weekend which was my fault now they want the car back and for me to pay to fix it but i was making payments on it . Can they do this?
