Trying to lose weight, would this be an okay diet?
So i've been over weight pretty much all my life and recently it's starting too bug me and get on my nerves esspecially with being in high school
I'm thinking about only eatting cabbage soup which contains
(Stewed and whole tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, celery, onions, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic)
and jello
Just, soup and sugar free jello, do you think it'd work?
The whole box of jello when prepared contains 40 calories
and the soup is all vegtables

I weighed 135 on friday night and I kinda started to binge out on saturday
I ate three packages of ricecakes, some peanut butter, half a jar of jam (on the rice cakes) an apple, a few oranges, and three packages of soda crackers
I weighed myself this morning and I weighed 145, ahh did I acutally gain 10 pounds?!

I've been really into eating air popcorn latley, like a lot of it
No butter, no salt, just plain old air popcorn
I was woundering, since it contains 2% fat, could I gain fat from that? Or weight?
Does the popcorn digest easily and is it a healthy option?

I had 14 rice cakes which are 40 calories each and loaded each one of them with blueberry jam

I`m kind of a calorie and health freak so today when I got home from school instead of grabbing a bag of vegtables like usual I felt like having something light and crunchy and I found a bag of rice cakes, and a glass full of air popcorn kernals
Per one rice cake is 40 calories - 0% fat - 3% Carbs
Per six and a half cups of air popped popcorn is 160 calories - 2% fat - 11% carbs
Which one would be the better option
