Basically, everyone is virtual and I would like them to be able to see/edit the invoices that I generate. I don't have any way for them to dial in or otherwise connect to my network. It would probably have to be over the internet if possible.

Do I need to do anything special in the US or in Spain to drive with an NC driver's license?

Hi I am thinking about refinancing and I was hoping for a little input on which is the best options for me-

Currently, I have an 80/20 ARM. The 80 is at 6.875% (95k balance) and the 20 is at 9.440% (24K balance)

There are 2 options, both 30yr fixed-

Option one is 5.00% interest with closing costs of roughly $5500

Option two is 4.25 interest rate with closing costs of roughly $8500

I know that over time, option 2 is probably best, but I make significantly more money now then when I bought the house a couple of years ago and I plan on paying it off in the next 3-5 years. Which should I choose? Are both of these good deals or should I shop around a little more?

Sandoval has had a great Spring and in eligible at multiple positions, but Molina is a little more proven. I would have to drop Molina to grab Sandoval. Who's the better fantasy option this year?

My ankle swelled up pretty bad but it doesn't hurt at all. Besides the swelling, it seems ok. How long do I need to stay off of it? I have a soccer match next Saturday, is it safe to play then?

My 401K got hit pretty hard last year. I changed my deposits to go to the money market acct for the time being. Should I be investing it thinking that I'm buying low now?

I just got Unreal 3 and I have 2 controllers. I'd like to play 2 player when I have friends over, but I don't seem to have that option. It looks like it can only be done if you have X-Box live. It says something about me not having an active X-box live account and multiplayer being disabled because of that.

I currently have Ginn, but Jenkins just moved up on the depth chart. I'm thinking about dropping Ginn and picking up Jenkins. What do you think?

I'm trying to plan for quitting my job and going to school full time. I own a house and would like to keep it. I got out of the Marine Corps in Aug of 2002 and contributed the extra $600 before I got out. How much money will I actually see a year?

I have an ex-girlfriend that just got engaged who lives in another state and who i talk to by email or phone pretty frequently. We were together for about 4 years and were about at the point of marriage. We ended up going our seperate ways for about 4 years and started talking again earlier in the year. I consider her a friend now and I don't think either of us have any bad intentions. But now that she's engaged, I feel like it's a little inappropriate for us to talk anymore (maybe an email every so often would be ok). More than anything, I want her to be happy and I'm worried that us talking could cause problems with her and her guy. I know how I would feel if I were her fiance. Is it time for me to wish her well and drop out of her life?

I've been trying to decide whether to try to pour all of my money into my house for the next 5-6yrs and pay it off or to continue to max out my Roth and 401k. If I decided to try and pay off my house, I probably wouldn't fund my Roth at all and cut back my 401k to about half of the max. Currently, I max out both my 401k and Roth and stick 4-5k a year in stock. I'm 27 and I figured if I paid off my house, I could basically live close to rent free the rest of my life even as I upgraded to larger houses. But I also realize how important time is when it comes to investing. Finacially, what is the better long term choice?

Hi, I recently paid off all of my debt and for the first time a couple of years, I am back in the black. I fully fund my 401k, and I currently have $4000 in savings and I am trying to decided whether I should fund my 2007 Roth ( I have to have it in by April 15th), or leave it in high interest savings (etrade) or invest it in stock. I would like to put it in my Roth since I only have one more month left to contribute, but that means that I don't have any money in reserve in case something happens. At my current rate, it'll be about 8 months before I can build my savings back up to $4,000. I could leave it in savings and have some money for emergencies, but miss a year for my Roth or I could invest it in a safe stock, hopefully have it beat 5% and have it available for an emergency within a couple of days after I sell it and transfer the funds to my bank. What do you think? I'd chance it by funding the Roth and having 8 months or uncertainty, but the economy is a little scary now.

I got quite a bit of money back for my taxes this year and I'd like to make it so that next year I break close to even so I can have the money throughout the year. I only have one exemption. Is there some way that I can sit down and figure stuff out so that I break really close to even? I don't want to randomly change stuff and hope it works out.

I have an ex-girlfriend that I dated for about 4 years. We were really serious and if I had been a little older and more mature, we probably would have gotten married. We broke up and she moved away about a year and a half ago. I didn't hear from her again until about a month ago. Now she calls several times a week just to talk. At first I assumed that she was lonely or had recently broken up with someone, but, she's happily dating someone and she has a bunch of really close friends. She even thinks that they'll probably get married and they go visit his parents all of the time. I don't think she's rubbing it in my face and she seems genuinely happy with him. She's also not the type to play a bunch of games. Last month, she invited me up for a weekend to show me around (there's a job I may take in that area) and said that he was ok with it. I declined, becuase I didn't think it was fair to him. What's going on? Is she just looking for a friend?

I have a friend who sells hardwoods, so I'll get them really cheap. I thought that with real hardwoods I could refinish them if anyone messes them up. What do you think?

A good friend of mine who I think is an alcoholic, set a New Years resolution to only drink socially or on the weekends. He drinks almost every night. I told him that he needs to quit altogether. He says he doesn't want to quit, just drink less. I think his resolution may work for a while, but he'll end up drinking all the time again. He says that his drinking is a habit and he can start a new habit of only drinking on the weekends. Is that possible?

If not, why not? Is it the lighting or the slightly higher up front cost? Or something else?
