Hello! I'm looking into being a FNP. I now know that I have to get my Bachelors in Nursing and then move on to my Master's in Family Practice. But i was planning on going to community college first for my associates and to get my core requirements done first.This way I could live at home. Is this going to end of saving me money? or is it a waste of time?

I'm just wondering if I'm on the right track! I'm going to a community college first where I can get my associates but when I go for my bachelors am I supposed get my RN? Then go for my masters in "Nursing Science"?

I would love working in a children's rehab center or children's hospital. but what are some of the career options in those settings?
