  • Three Men go to a motel?

One night three men went to a motel. They asked the employe how much is it for the night. He didnt know so he said $10 each. They all paid. The next morning the manager told the employe it was only $9. So the manager gave him $5 to give Back to the men. The employe doesnt know how to do math so he stuck $2 in his pocket and $3 to the men. $1 each.

So that means each guy paid $9 right? 9×3 is $27 right? Plus the $2 the guy put in his pocket. Where is the missing dollar?

  • Story Question? Pregnant woman got shot in the stomach (this is 100% fictional)?

Okay, so I'm writing a story, and it's at the point where the bad guy (who was bad because of a medical condition) is going to preform some type of medical thing on a pregnant woman (the good guys wife) who's pregnant with twins, and was shot in the back. Is there any way I can make it critical for the twins?

Like...my friend suggested having her bleed in her stomach and if the surgery hadn't been done it would have killed them. That idea is sorta what I want, but not. Could someone survive being shot in the back, and still be able to walk after going through rehab and all? And would the fictional children live?

This part is just a plot bunny, so if it isn't medically possible I don't need to do it. If I do do it though, I want everyone to survive and be fine.

    Thanks it advance!

P.S. I'm not insane, like I said, this is fictional 100%.

  • Looking for a book, but don't remember the name?

I read this book when I was younger, and I remember loving it. The issue is I don't remember the name.

The two kids (brother and sister who ran away from home) end up bathing in a fountain, and living in an art museum if I remember right.

Any ideas on what book this is?

  • Mickey Mouses First Dog? (Not as stupid as it seems)?

Okay, well for starters, I'm assuming it was his dog, because he was the one who shoved it down the sewer, then laughed his head off.

Anyways, it's this old cartoon about this dog, who I'm assuming was Mickey's, in the sewer, and it's basically a nightmare. They torture the poor thing. It's all in black and white, and it's older.

Anyways, in the end of the cartoon Betty Boop shows up, and the dog, well, FANCIES her to say the least I guess.

Anyways, does anyone know the dogs name, or the name of the cartoon? I wanna do more research and figure out if my theory is true.

    Thanks in advance!

Hi, this isn't me by the way, this is my friend. She was Anorexic, and she just got her period back. Problem is, she's had it apparently two times this month. It stopped for like a week apparently. Is this normal? She hadn't had it for 6 months.

  • What should I do about my skin?

Well, I took a test on http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/fitness/analysis.js... and it gave me this response.

"Experiment to strike a balance with products that aren't too greasy or overly drying," says Dr. Arielle Kauvar, associate director of The Laser and Skin Center of New York. Each morning, wash with a simple cleansing cream or bar rather than soap. Further clean the T-zone area with alcohol-free toner. Apply moisturizer where your skin needs it, and unify your complexion with oil-free foundation.

When exfoliating, a mild scrub every one to two weeks will suffice— look for one with salicylic acid. For your occasional body breakouts, treat skin with salicylic acid toner, which keeps pores unclogged, and benzoyl peroxide to kill acne-causing bacteria.

Don't forget to protect your skin from the sun— all year round. Dr. Kauvar reminds, "You tolerate sunscreen well; now wear it." She recommends SPF 15 year-round and SPF 30 in the summer. Protect your lips from wind and sun with zinc oxide or lip balm with SPF 30."

Yet I've been doing that! Also, I would think my skin is dry because I get flecks of dry skin on my forehead all the time.

So, my point is, does anyone know what I should do about the dry skin? If it helps I'm 13 (closer to 14) and I'm not really girly, so I don't understand any of this at all really. I just want the dry skin to go away. Also, the face mask I'm using is Avon Naturals Peel-Off Mask with Pink Grapefruit. Is there any other product I should use?

  • Questions about the store called, "The Dump"?

Okay, I know I may seem REALLY dumb for asking this, but I don't care. This has been nagging me for a while.

The dumb has a TV ad out, and they are apparently selling 2,000 dollar furniture for cheaper. Yet, they won't say the name of their suppliers. Is there a reason for this? I'm just carious. It's been bothering me for a while, and I've been wondering if their Truing to hide something from us. Maybe that they aren't really shortening the price that much?

Thanks for taking your time and answering!

  • What do you think happened to Natliee Holloway?

Well, my theory is jumped I guess. Back when they found the jawbone on the beach, they told him about it. His first reaction was to laugh. That makes me think he didn't kill her that night. But if he didn't kill her, where is she? If anywhere, I would guess Venezuela, because there is no CIA agents or anything out there. But what do YOU GUYS think happened?

  • How to write a rape scene for a story?

Okay, I read a question about this on here, and NO. I am not some man planning to rape someone. I'm a girl. Anyways, the girl gets captured and raped by a serial rapist because she's friends with his enemy. I want it to be detailed, but not TO much. Also, I would like for it to fad into black after some time. So I was wondering when that should happen, and what should lead up to it?

  • Ways to write about serial murder?

Okay, all I need pretty much is the link between all the victims. Like, why he killed the people he killed. I'm writing a story, so yeah.
