What do you think my chances are at either school? I have an A- average, terrific recommendations, and great essays. I got a 2080 on sats.. but im retaking them. And which is harder?

If a girl starts her period at a young age.. will she go through menopause at a younger age than a girl who began her period later?

Or will the opposite occur?

I'm already taking the SAT's, SATII's, and AP's.. I don't want to go to an Ivy League school; but I still want to go to a competitive school. (maybe John's hopkins, or UCLA). Should I take them? What are the benefits?

Is this possible? What would I have to buy? How much would it cost? Would it be cheaper to just have a CD player installed?

I've never had acne before, but all of a sudden, about 3 months ago, i got these small, colorless bumps on my forehead. There only noticable from really close up, or in really bright light.

Ive tried exfoliating and alll of that..

I'm a virgin. However, my boyfriend fingered me and I'm worried he might have had pre-*** on his hand (even though i saw nothing).. crazy i know.. In addition, my period, which is perpetually on time, is now 2 days late.

For the past 6 months, I've ran 2-5 miles a day and my period was always on time. However, this past month, I've stopped running entirely, and now my period is late.

I've heard that an increase in excercise can delay it, but what about a decrease?

I would first like to start by saying that I greatly respect stay-at-home moms. However, I feel like society pressures all women to be stay-at-home moms, and condemns those who choose to work.

As a female high school student, I spend 99 percent of my time dedicated to school and studying. If my fate is to end up as a stay-at-home mom, isnt it a waste of time to work so hard in school?

For that matter, based on the logic that all mothers should stay at home, why do women bother with educations at alll? It just makes no sense to me that women work SO hard in pursuit of their eduction only to be guilted into giving it away.

I go to a wealthy private school (scholarship). It's never bothered me before until this summer when suddenly I feel so jealous of everyone else. They go on vaction all summer long, get cars for their birthdays and whatever else they could want. I feel like such a loser working a crappy minimum wage job and can't help but be jealous of everyone else. I feel so immature.(when i KNOW there are people who have it way worse than I do). how can i get over this?

I live in Maryland. I know that there are redlight cameras, but do they only exist in busy areas? or are they on every traffic light?

I've had this dream for multiple years..

There's some attack on the area in which i live.. everyone around me then is affected by some virus which takes over their minds, so i have no idea who i can trust.

It always ends with me running down the street

being chased by hundreds of people, but they can't catch me.

Any idea why i keep having this dream or what it means?

I applied for a job on Sunday, and told them I could begin working mid june, the guy seemed really interested in hiring me as a waitress, however, I'm only 16, so I'm worried he'll be put off my my lack of experience. If he isn't interested, will he call me back to tell me i didn't get the job?

Will my working as a waitress this summer make me look worse when i apply to colleges next year? Is there anything else i can do in addition this summer that will appear better?

It's just so weird to see pregnant girls in school uniforms.

Ok, so i've been dating this guy for about 2months

we're both 17..

I really like him alot, but one probem: he's a verrry prudent! he's never even kissed me!!

I really do like him a lot, but it's just frusterating when they're are so many other guys who are more than willing..

I personally am 16 and not allowed to date boys until I'm 18. Whenever boys ask me out, I tell them and they think i'm just using an excuse to reject them! I think 18 is a little unreasonable; I get very good grades in school and I am responsible. How soon do you think is too soon to date?
