I have been off of birth control since November.

I am nine days late. I did a home pregnancy test 1st day of my missed period and it was negative. I also had a serum blood test done 5 days before my missed period and it was also negative. I am having headaches every day and my face and back are breaking out, which is unusual. I am not having any other symptoms other than what I would consider normal fatigue. (I went to bed before 8 o'clock last night because I was so tired). I don't want to take another hpt and be dissapointed again.

Is there a possiblity that I could be pregnant but the pregnancy tests were not done in time? And, is there a possiblity that the serum blood test could have been done too early?

I am getting my boyfriend a guitar for Valentine's Day. I think that an acoustic six string is the best for a beginner. I have found a 34" regular acoustic six string. Is this a good choice?

I stopped taking birth control in November. Lately I have been fatigued, had an increase in appetite, emotional and some sensitivity in my breasts. I'm not due to start my period until the 31st but this morning I noticed that had bled throughout the night. It wasn't heavy like a normal period and was brownish-red and thicker than normal. I have also had some cramping but nothing unbearable, just a dull pain. We haven't used any contraceptives since I've stopped taking my birth control.

Is it normal to start 6 days early or could this be implantation bleeding? Also, if it IS implantation bleeding, how soon could a I take a home pregnancy test and recieve a positive result?

I wish I had more information to give you guys, but I'm seriously hoping that SOMEONE can help me.

It's a new song (I think) and it begins with 'I dreamed I went to heaven' or something along those lines. I thought it was Neil Young but it's NOT Neil Young. It is a classic rocker though. It's a song about the times, the war, peace, love...that kind of stuff.

A friend and I are taking a road trip this summer before we start grad school and I am looking for some suggestions on where we should go or any helpful tips we should know before our adventure. I have done a lot of traveling but all with a specific destination and agenda. We want to be road warriors! We live in Oklahoma. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them! My mother recently moved a few hours away and left my 15 year-old brother in my care as to not take him out of school half-way through the school year. He and I have been very close his entire life, and have a great friendship. My trouble is, that I'm not a diciplinarian and have a hard time saying no as I feel guilty for not allowing him to do certian things. I am NOT a mother. I have chosen not to be a mother as I am more of a carreer gal, therfore, I have no idea what I'm doing? Can anyone (maybe a parent of a teen) offer me any advice on how to not feel so gulity, but still be firm with him? I also want him to feel like I am his friend and he can come to me, not like I am his mother.

If so, how was the experience?

A little less than year ago I did the Atkins diet and lost a LOT of weight. Then, I went through a seperation, a move to another state, and a car accident and needless to say, went off the diet. Now, I've gained almost 50 lbs. and I'm miserable. I do not want to do the low-carb thing again as it was somewhat unrealistic, but I am determined to lose the weight I have gained.

I just need to know, if when cutting fat and calories, will the hungry feeling eventually subside? Right now, I know that I am eating enough, and eating correctly, but because of the drastic change in eating habits, I'm still left feeling hungry. I've gained fifty pounds in ten months, that's pretty drastic folks! I ignore it, thinking it's going to get better...please help with some advice.

I'm recently seperated from my husband of eighteen months. The seperation was NOT my choice and my husband left me no options. I won't be divorced until March. I've just recently felt up to seeing someone else. My husband lives in another state and I will probably never see him again. I am still legally married...is this okay?
