If someone is out on bail and on house arrest from federal charges, will family court effect their bail?

NY-

This person is the father of my children, there was a domestic dispute in the home, but I did not press any charges. I went to family court to obtain custody and they issued an order of protection against him temporarly. I did not press any chages at all, i just want to know if this will effect his bail.

Can the state of feds place charges on him if I am not?

My grandfather passed away a few years back and in the will he left me brother the house. On the deed now for the house are my aunt, uncle, mom and dad. They are now fighting over it, who gets the house?

-grandma, grandpa, dad on original deed.

- Grandfather passes away- leaves everything of his to grandmother

-grandma now has 2/3 of the house. (dad still alive)

-grandma passes and leaves her share to my brother..now my brother owns their 2/3 share and my dad the 1/3

- on the deed for the house is my dad, my mom, my aunt and uncle.

- my aunt and uncle moved out and my dad left my mom years ago leaving my mom to pay taxes, pay insurance and anything at all associated with this house.

- even though 4 names are on the deed, who gets the house?

does the will proceed the deed?

I am deciding whether or not I should put a liquor store in a busy local mall. Does anyone have any input?

My husband and I have been married for 1yr+ and we have a 1yr old daughter. About 9mths ago I started to get suspicious that his cousin was in love with him. Now things have gotten worse. She calls all night, she sends completely inappropriate text messages for "1stcousins" and she will not back off. After she apologized for the calls in the middle of the night she continues. She then proceeded to tell him to leave me and proceeded to try and wedge us apart by making up stories to me about him that he was "supposedly" saying about me.

I already filed my return for state and federal and they were both accepted. I didn't get my money back yet, but I filed single and I had a baby in 2008. Someone recently told me I should be claiming head of household. Will that get me more money back? I only made 6000.00 dollars last year on paper. Do I amend my return and change my filing status?

I efiled last year and my parents thought they could claim me on their return as a dependent, but they couldn't. So since I already filed I had to amend mine. When I amended it I was eligable to receive the rebate, but never got it. Now I want to efile but want to make sure I get my rebate.
