I need HELP!! I am going for regionals for FFA on Wednesday and I am in the senior extemporaneous speech. I am not an officer and I have no clue with really what I am doing. does anyone know maybe the topics or anything? I just need tips!

i have no idea how the song goes but i know its not a country song. its more of a rock/sorta heavy metal. in the music video the guy and the girl are fightng cuz he found out she is cheating so he leaves and waits in his car outside the house and sees another guy come in the house. so he goes to a motel and the girl finds him and trys to get with him but he goes to the bathroom and leaves out the window. i really like this song but cant remember anything else about it. please help!!

soo im 5'5 if that. i weigh 130 pounds and i know thats not alot but it's enough to not have a flat stomache. i have a belly but im not fat just a bit overweight. i wana weigh from 110-115 so i wana lose about 15 to 20 pounds. i play soccer, basketball, cheerleading, and i run track. but i have a problem where my thyroid doesnt work enough soo im a bit overweight. i just wana find a way to get a flat stomache in 2 months. i dont want smart *** anwsers. just ones that plp know what their talking about. k thanxx :)

i wear a medium in a hollister shirt. im 5'3 and 130 lbs...what dress size would i wear?

my hair was down to my butt in 8th grade but i cut it shoulder length(if that) but now 2 years later it has not grown at all!!! i started taking a thyroid medicine around....november and i think i see a lil lil lil difference in hair growth but barley any..will my hair grow back now that im taking thyroid medicine or.....?

I had hair down to my butt but in 8th grade I cut it and now it's at my shoulders now I'm in 10th grade and my hair still hasn't grown I do straighten it every day but this past week i haven't put any heat on it and Ive been taking 3 biotin pills a day. I think my hair has grown just a lil bit but why hasn't it grown? It's been two years. I'm honking about maybe not putting heat on it till summer which is in 5 months. Do u think maybe my hair will grow?

so 2 years ago i cut my hair. it was down to my butt and i got it cut up to my shoulders. well two years later my hair is still to my shoulders it doesnt grow. will it ever grow back? im stuck with extensions right now and i just want my long hair back help?

Hey everyone i really need your help.

so my hair was down to butt 2 years ago in 8th grade, i cut it shoulder length in February. then for half a year i pulled it up everyday 24 hours. but i stoped the beginning of highschool which was a year and 4 months ago and my hair has not grown yet and i dont know why. i have extensions and i wear my hair down everyday but i play soccer,basketball, and run track so for practice i have to wear my hair up and as soon as i get home i let my hair down but it hasent grown. i dont usually get my hair trimmed. maybe thats why but i need help! I take biotinnwill that help it grow?? i just need anwsers because my hair just wont grow! =(
