How does religious scriptures help you to know about God?
To experience God you have only to practice certain methods.Meditation is a method through which many have enlightened[realizing the self or God].Learning Or reading scriptures will only hep you to have some knowledge about God.
To experience God is altogether different from knowing about God.
There have been so many who have realized the truth without reading the scriptures.Their only questions were "Who am I" & looking inside themselves made them to realize God.

Though for years people are using micro wave oven , still people say this & i read in a magazine years back that it is still under research about if it is good for the health or not.Is it proven that is not good for the health?
