I recently started my own business and am looking to get my items in retail stores. I've been researching how to approach the stores and I've heard different things. When approaching a small retail store should I call or send an email in advance, or should I just pop up and ask to speak to the owner? I would prefer to email but I heard that some stores prefer the pop up method. Only serious answers please.

I'm from the south and I want to be close to home, and I also want all the opportunities available and i know that DC would be the best place for a political science major, but would catholic university be a good place??? I'm Catholic but I'm a very liberal Catholic. I've been in a Catholic school since first grade and I'd at least like to go to a Christian school. Which school is better in my case? If you don't care or want to write something stupid don't answer.

I was provisionaly accepted into my first choice school...i know i should be happy. but that means over the summer i must take two freshman classes and make a minimum of a 2.0 to even be able to go to school there for the fall semester. that means if i don't make it then i'm screwed b/c i would have declined my other options. what would you do....risk it or play it safe?

i want something that looks really stylish. I also don't want a bob where it's short in the back and longer in the front.

I always try to be nice to people and turn the other cheek. I also try not to get into drama with other people, and will always try to be the bigger person and apologize even if I'm not wrong just to put an end to it. Today, I'm at my wits end. I was trying to be nice to someone and they tied to act like they were better then me and treated me like s**t. What can do to show people to not mistake my kindness for weakness and not be bitchy about it???

I have a really tough decision and I have to choose between these two schools. I keep going back and forth with the pros and cons. If you have gone to any of these schools, had family or friends who go to any of these schools can you give me some insight??? Thanks

The Civil Rights movement was a very challenging time. Back then African Americans have fought so hard for equal rights. Do you think that African Americans now are actually regressing Dr. King's dream??? (ex. rap with the n word, the misconception of black people doing drugs and being common thanks to the media, etc.)

It's almost senior prom and im so excited. i guess my signature design is polka dots. I have always worn some rendition of a polka dot dress to at least once every year in high school. Just to keep it going and make the dress represent me I want a polka dot prom dress. I found a few cute ones but they were outrageously priced...$500. I want my dress to cost at the max $150. I don't want to look like a little girl and I know that polka dots make you like that. so have yall found any polka dot long prom dresses which look cute and mature??? thnaks a lot yall!!!

i really like cache's dresses. i'm petite, with no bust, big butt, and a gut.(not an attractive figure) I want a dress that 's cute and not hoochy, and a reasonable price. At school they wanted us to start thinking about majors and possible careers. I decided that I wanted to make a difference in the world and help people. I thought that being an Assistant District Attorney would be great, but the only thing I have to base it on is Law and Order and stuff like that. So my question is what is it like to be an ADA??? So far about five colleges said that they wanted to hold my application until they see my semester grades. They also moved me to regular decision even though i applied early decision. Does that mean that they basically don't want me or i'm just an after thought or sloppy seconds???

What I'm trying to say that a lot of people say it's the woman's choice whether or not to keep the baby, and the government should mind their own business. But don't you think that the father should at least have a say in this since this is equally his kid? Food for thought: What if the father wanted to keep the baby and the mother didn't. If you had to be the judge, who would you side with? Do you think that in order to get an abortion the father and mother would have to sign to go through with this procedure???
