will a 500watt psu be enough im on a budget and this is a quality psu that comes with a case.

I also plan to overclock my CPU, 9600GT, and Memory not to extremes but decent.. so plz i need help here im scratching my head.

what can i mix my protein powder with!?

-i have GNC Pro Performance Whey Protein Complex - Chocolate and says to mix with 1 cup of water but it taste sandy and ..heavish nasty..>':

-give me some proper ways or how you take your protein to make it taste better??

-i also heard mixing it with regular milk is bad for you??!

PLEASE HELP!!! i just got it and it has one pixel that stays green...the manual says this can happen and is not a malfunction but ...how do i get rid of it?? plz it doesn't bother me when watching HD content but its going to stay in my head that there is one green pixel there..its pissing me off i NEED TO KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF IT!!!! its mental damage!!

i want to kno if this computer is even worth upgrading and if the parts are compatible. and if they are decent im on a small budget.my mobo does have a pci-ex16 and should i upgrade my CPU cooling or just replace with a better thermal compund??
