One of my rat pups has swollen legs. The pup is 12 days old and the runt. He has 3 litter mates. The mother also keeps spilling water on the litter. They re not cold though. . . Don t know what s going on with the little pup.

I have nearly every symptom of a pituitary tumor, but my cortasal levels are below 50. Could I still have a pituitary tumor? Is it a good idea to get an MRI done?

A couple years ago, my dog got bitten in the paw by a cotton mouth snake. She got anti-venom and the wound healed over. Only thing is, it still hurts her. She bites the scar tissue until it opens back up. She licks it constantly. She even holds it up so I can massage it.

Massaging seems to help, but only for the immediate pain. The second I stop, she's back to being in pain. The vet has x-rayed her paw, and there's no foreign object in it. The vet says it may be nerve damage from the venom.

No cream or pain medicine seems to work. Hot pads sometimes work, but only a little. At this point, I think it might be less painful if we just remove her paw!

Is there some home remedy or something else I could do? Anything to ease, or even stop the pain?

Two days ago, I cut my hair. It was waist length, and now it's a pixie cut. Ever since then, I've been getting headaches. Not really bad headaches, more like the beginning of a headache. It sort of feels like I have my hair up in a high ponytail.

I live in Montana- maybe the weather has something to do with it?

I witnessed an animal attack at a zoo/amusement park many years ago. I recently saw a video of said animal attack and am now reliving said past trauma. Can I sue this late after witnessing this? Been about 12 years.

Help! I normally take 250mg of Sertaline (Zoloft) but I think I may have taken 350mg! At one point I had taken 300mg, but now I take 250mg. Should I be worried about an overdose?!

My dog is between 50-60 pounds and she ate a chocolate chip. Not a cookie, just a chip. About the size of the end of my middle finger. Should I be worried? Do I take her to the vet? Make her throw it up. . . only problem is I have three dogs. All about the same weight. I'm not sure which one ate it.

We pet sit this dog for almost half the year and she loves to come over. However, I've noticed some strange things about her. She's scared of going on car rides, but only right before. Once we get going, she's fine. Simple noises and loud things send her into a panic attack. Her owner told me she does the same things at her house. Could the poor dog have anxiety disorder? Is there something I can do?

I turned 18 two weeks ago and my parents kicked me out today. However, I'm still in high school. I live in Bozeman Montana. Can they legally kick me out while I'm still in high school? I am also mentally ill. Not sure if there's something about that.

Okay, so psychic abilities run in my family down my mother's side.

My great grandmother was psychic and my grandmother can sometimes feel things. I myself have done/felt things like this. I predicted my friend's house catching fire once. Another time I knew someone had died. Two hours later, we got a call saying my great grandmother (not the psychic), had died. I sometimes see and talk to ghosts in my dreams. However, these 'powers' are not very strong or helpful.

Is there some way I can enhance them? Find a way to make them stronger while still controlling them?

My period should start soon, but I have no cramps right now. There's not spotting or anything. However, my period is usually very sudden. Can I put in a tampon without being on my period? How do I remove it without it hurting? Should I just not swim?

Right when I'm on the cusp of falling into deep sleep, I feel like I'm suffocating. I feel like I'm not breathing anymore. Sometimes my heart feels like it's racing like I just ran a marathon. I usually end up gasping into wakefulness. When I wake up in the morning, I feel as tired, if not more tired then when I went to bed. I have a lot of trouble falling asleep. What could be wrong?

Symptoms:

Suffocating feeling when falling asleep

Racing heart

Gasping for breath when I awaken

Extremely hard to get to sleep

I adopted a dog from the pound a couple months ago, and it turns out she is a hunting dog. She points at birds and even caught one. When we take her to the park, she flushes out the birds in the tall grass and swims after ducks. My mother and I have decided we might as well teach her to be a hunting dog.

She under stands 'seek'

We hide treats all over the house, and she has to sniff them out. We call that 'seek'

She understands 'bird'

Whenever we see a bird, we say "Missy, bird" and she follows our sight until she finds the bird.

How do I put these together to 'seek bird' so she'll go and find and get a bird?

My four year old neutered male cat has this stuffed toy. We gave it to him when he was about the same size of it. (Really small) Now he's really big and can carry it. He carries it by the stuffed toys 'scruff' and he makes the same noises a mother cat would when cuddling her babies. He lays down next to it and tries to nurse it. Why is he doing this? I'm not worried, just curious. It is, however, really cute to watch.
