I have a 2001 GMC Jimmy. I need to replace the seat belt on the front passenger side. However, I cannot get the bottom bolt out that is holding the strap to the floor. I am using a hand held impact driver and a sledge hammer. Is there a trick to it?

When my Fujifilm Finepix F700 I attempted to take a picture of the snow. However, the snow was too white and now all pictures turn out white. I tried to reset the white balance in the P mode but not successful. I also removed the battery to reset it to factory settings but that was not successful. In respects to getting a loan to purchase a house. If I get a 30 day rate lock from a loan officer (not a bank), say at 4.875%, then the 30 days expired and on that day the current rates are at 4.750%, does the Sallie Mae rules say that I have to keep my original 4.875% or should I be able to get 4.750%?

I was watching an home improvement show, forgot which one, they were showing an exterior paint that gets spray painted on and it goes on 10 times thicker than normal paint but when it dries it is tough like vinyl siding. The said in the show that you don’t have to paint again, the paint is UV protection and mold resistant.

I do have winter time here with 0F degree temps with snow.

I do not have trees above my house.

I do not have A/C.

I do use ceiling fans in the bed rooms.
