I keep getting this popup on my desktop asking me to take a Bitdefender survey and tell them how they're doing. I have gone through my installed programs list and searched my computer but I do not even have Bitdefender. I use Defender Pro 15-in-1 Antivirus software but I didn't think that was the same thing. How do I get rid of this annoying survey? How do I even find the Bitdefender program on my computer?

My friend and I are trying to make some wands out of polymer clay (the kind you bake). I need to know if there is a material that the clay can definitely be wrapped around? We thought maybe some thin wooden dowels, but we aren't sure if we can bake them inside the clay without something bad happening. The handle needs to be about the diameter of a nickel, and we really don't want to have it be made entirely of clay. Does anybody have experience with this or have any ideas?

It is kind of on the roof of my mouth on the left side near my teeth. It hurts to apply pressure to it and it is sensitive to hot and cold. It is right next to a tooth that my dentist has been working on (it eventually needs a root canal). It is somewhat soft and almost has the texture of a blister. My wisdom teeth are already in so it can't be some random tooth coming in. It has been there for about a month now and has gotten a little smaller, but also more compact. I tried to take a toothpick and poke it but that was very difficult due to its position in my mouth and i ended up just scratching my gums. Does anyone know anything about this or know what I should do? Is it better to go to a dentist or a doctor for this kind of thing? Help please!

Yesterday morning I woke up with a small patch of raised flesh-colored bumps on my left bicep. The area around the bumps turned red even though I was not scratching it.They were extremely itchy, and before long they were also on my right bicep. They kept spreading until they covered almost my entire upper arms, then they began to fade. They migrated to my calves next. This kind of migration continued all day long, but finally around 10pm I felt no more bumps or itching anywhere.

This morning I woke up to the same process, only the bumps started on my upper leg this time. They have been spreading around all day once again, and Cortizone helps it for a short span of time but it doesn't last.

The day before this developed, I did nothing out of the ordinary. I went walking downtown with a friend, and the only thing that I have not done before is ride in his car. Does anyone have any information on this? My first thought was hives, but do hives migrate around the body like this?

Please help!

I know it isn't healthy to do this, but lately it is what has been happening. I come home from work and watch TV for a little while, then I lie down to take a nap and end up sleeping for 5, 6, sometimes 8 hours. As if that wasn't enough, I still sleep 7 hours or so each night. I am a 19-year-old female and I was wondering if this is some kind of condition or just my body getting used to sleeping obscene amounts of time. I take Zoloft but I have been on that for almost a year now and I doubt that it would start causing this now. If anybody knows anything or can help me out, I would appreciate it!

The coyote came out of the woods next door and started stalking my two Pomeranians while I had them outside. Should I call non-emergency police or should I simply leave the situation alone? My dad wants to shoot it but I told him it isn't a good idea seeing as though there are other people living very close by.

Usually iPods have those little buttons on the sides of the iPod end of the cable that you push in to unplug it, but this cable does not. Does it have a different trick to it or is it just a faulty cable?

There has been a cat around my house lately that meows loudly at night and sits on both of the decks. I assume it is stray since it has no collar and comes around almost every night. I am considering feeding it (putting some chicken or something out for it) but I don't know if this is wise. I think that if I do this, it will continue to mow and howl outside my house or even start doing so more frequently. Then again, if it is meowing because it wants food, I would like to feed it. I do not know its state of health or anything. All I know is whenever I open the door to see it, it runs away, and it likes to howl at night. I have heard this means that it is a female in heat, but I am not sure. Suggestions?

I have somehow acquired some type of virus on my emachine desktop computer. It (apparently) gains access to my hotmail account and sends out mass messages to a bunch of my contacts. The messages have no subjects but the emails themselves always contain just one single link, and this link changes each time the virus sends the email. One friend of mine told me that there were over 20 of these messages in her inbox at one time, over the span of only a few days. Some of the links it has sent are:

I have never opened any of the links it sends, so I do not know what they are, and I have never even heard of any of these sites.

I currently run Norton 360 and it tells me that everything is fine and that my computer is protected, but I know there must be another problem somewhere. Does anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it?

It doesn't show up in my posted bulletins and I can't remember the title of it. Is there any way I can access an archive or anything like that? I thought that it would be saved forever, but apparently not...?

I just made a box of Au Gratin potatoes on the stove. Before I cooked them, the dried potatoes smelled kind of stale, but the 'use by' date was the 22nd of this month. I made them anyway, and now they look and smell just fine, but I'm worried and don't want to eat them unless I know they are safe. Are they okay to eat?

For some reason the audio driver is no longer installed on my XP computer, and each time I go to the device manager and try to update the driver, it tells me that the software was not found and therefore the driver could not be updated. How would I go about re-installing the driver so that speakers can be used on the computer again?

I need creative ideas for locations for a story, like a bar, a park, etc. only more interesting. My brain won't work well enough for me at the moment.

Does anyone have any remedies for this? My ribs feel like they have been bruised badly and my abdomen feels like it is on fire whenever I cough. It hurts to even move. I took a warm bath earlier but that did not seem to help much. have been searching the internet for home remedies of pulled muscles, but they all discuss exercise related injuries. Any suggestions?

Does anyone know if a person's heart will get sore after racing for an extended period of time? Say that your heart was beating rapidly for a few hours. Would it be sore later after it calmed down?

A friend of mine gave me instructions on how to file share my pictures so I can acess them on another computer in my house. He told me that I need to use some Sharing folder in My Documents but there isn't even one there to use. Could someone please give me the steps for file sharing?

I've been having these pains on my lower right side, and it switches from front to back. My doctor told me it could be a hernia, but I'm still really scared about it. I am terrified of doctors so I don't want to go again.

Any sort of comfort is welcome, along with suggestions on how to help it or something.
