My girlfriend and I work at a retail pet store, one of the national franchises. We haven't worked there very long, only about 3 weeks. There is another employee who began working about a week after we started, but he acts like he knows everything about the store and seems to feel he is better than my girlfriend. He constantly flirts with all the other girls and is friendly to the guys, but he treats my her like she is an idiot. He calls her stupid, redicules her for every little mistake she makes, and is generally abusive. None of this ever happens when I am there. He is only abusive when I am not working and she is. The problem is that he is "buddies" with everyone else in the store, and they all seem to like him, including the general manager. What options does she have to stop this from happening? Tonight she came home crying because of it, and I am not happy either. I don't want to have to find another job, but if she is forced to quit, I will stick with her. Any ideas?

My boyfriend and I might be moving into a house if the loan gets approved and there are two windows on the porch and whoever redid the house painted them yellow, like on the glass. Totally painted so no light can get in. Is there any way of getting the paint off?

It looks like it would be a kind of base, to set the iPod into, and it does fit into the slot in the top, but if you try to set it down it just falls over. There is an opening in the bottom which looks like it would hold the cable, but with the cable in there is no way to set it down because the cable is in the way. What is this thing??

I just got my Samsung 42" DLP, turned it on.. and it looks like there is something all over the screen.. it looks like someone just sprayed it with some kind of cleaner and didn't wipe it all off. It doesn't come off when I try to rub it.. I don't know how to explain this other than it looks like snow or something all over the screen.. like interference but it is actually part of the screen. Any ideas what this might be?? Someone told me it is the "sparkle" caused by the mirrors. Anyone know how to make it less noticeable?
