I have a dell desktop computer. It has 1GB RAM and 40GB hard drive. If I were to get an external hard drive to put all my pics and music, etc. on would it help make it faster, or do I need more RAM? It runs slower now that when I first got it. I found a great deal on an external hard drive with 500GB memory. Thanks for any help... :0)

I love the cropping tool in the free version of Jasc that I have on my desktop. But I will soon be getting a laptop with Vista. If my laptop doesnt come with Jasc...is there a free download anywhere? OR...Is there another program that has the same type of cropping tool as Jasc?

I updated to the new yahoo instant messenger 9.0 but the emotes arent working. When I click on the emotes icon the window pops up blank. How can I fix this?

Ok...I changed my name in my email acct becuz I didnt want my full name to show in "from" when my recipients recv my email. But I just sent an email to my other acct to test it, and it still shows my full name. But when I go to my account it shows the name I changed it to. So how do I change my name in my email acct so that when I send an email it shows the new name in the "from" column when it is rec'd. Thanks for your help!
