So I was playing NHL 15 and my game froze and usually the only way I get it to unfreeze is to unplug my Xbox one from the wall. I did this as usual but I forgot to power off my Xbox while I unplugged it from the wall now my Xbox one won't power on and nothing will light up on it at all I need help please this is devistating

I play hokey and I smashed my nose on the ice when my helmet came off. A day went by with no bleeding other than the skin. Then this morning I woke up to a very bloody nose and spit. My nose is injured by the top near my eyes of that means anything but I don't feel sick and I don't get colds very often and I have no allergies any idea what may have caused the bloody nose?

I cant find much on the internet besides who it was between and for how long. I have to write 7 pages but there is a 2 -3 page check in tomorrow PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!
