As an atheist, I am always surprised at how this song gets to me. How does it affect you, and what non-religion/religion are you?

After reading many of the question about evolution posed by religious cult members, I am curious as to where you learned about evolution. Clearly most of you have never taken a college level course on evolution/biology, nor have you read any of the current texts on the subject. Dawkins' "The Ancestor's Tale" and Gould's "The Structure of Evolutionary Theory" are two excellent sources of information. So, where did you learn what little you know about evolution, especially the common myths, like man descended from apes, or that evolution has something to do with abiogenesis?

During the past 5 years, the Bush adminstration with its religious cult dogma has overseen the introduction of abstinence only 'sex' education. The programs have grown considerably since 2002, but now the research is in. 2006 was the first year since 1991 that teen birth rates have increased, making it the highest level since 1971! Every study done by independent researchers has concluded that abstinence only 'sex' education leads to more teens having sex and doing it without protection. So, do you think there is a connection between Bush's abstinence only religious cult program and the increase in teen pregnancies?

Exodus 20 is the first set of stone tablets that were smashed. Exodus 34 is the second set that were not smashed and were supposed to be the final set. Why are they different? And why do christians ignore the final version from exodus 34?
