Wolfenstein: The New Order STUCK *SPOILER ALERT*?

I'm on the "Find a way back" in the sewers, but my Laserkraftwerk is acting as a soldering tool rather than a laser and I can't shoot the chain to get the stairs to fall. Any idea how I change it back?

Suck on this until I can find an answer.

    Picture included to understand.

  • In North Carolina, must I give the police my name when I am getting an encounter?

For example - I am walking down the road, a police happens to simply stop and question me what my name is. I ask if I am being detained or am I under arrest - I am being detained.

It appears that I am being checked because I have been suspected for committing a crime. Or not - perhaps it late, small town etc.

Please don't give me a sch-peal about what I should and shouldn't do. I simply want to know if I am required in NC to give me name weather or not I am suspected of committing a crime.

    Thanks.

  • North Carolina Citizen Citation?

I was reading up on Citizen Citations in which a citizen of the one of the U.S. 50 states can give anyone breaking the law a citation through the court system.

Now I don't know if North Carolina has this, I know Oregon allows this, but does N.C.?

Any information will be greatly appreciated and this thread will be watched. The person with the best and most accurate answer will get best answer.

    Thanks
