When FIFA (or any authority) mandates that a stadium has to be an "all seater" to be used for international matches, does this mean that all seats have to have a chair back, or would bleacher style seating qualify as an "all seater?"

I was reading the following report on this weekends European elections

In the report, it makes the statement that the vote and election results will discredit the EU. In reading the article, there is no real explanation of why, but it goes on to talk about the fact that a Center Right coalition will be in control, thus leading one to think that that is a possible reason.

Can someone explain this statement to me. Is this blatant left-wing journalistic propaganda, or is there a reason that I'm missing from reading the article? I'm not asking this question to sound like some right wing nut or anti-media guy, but I am just flabbergasted by this statement in the article.

Why in the world are UGG Boots with shorts or a skirt considered cute. I am not meaning to be mean, and I don't want a bunch of ladies getting mad at me, but I, along with most people who have talked to me about it, think that the look is just terrible. I can understand wearing them with pants, but then many girls tuck the pants into the boots, which creates a look that is just as bad. Do guys tell you that it looks good, or is it just a look that it out there for some reason. Like I said, I'm not trying to be mean, but I just don't understand it.

As a football fan in the states, I often hear people ignorant of the sport say that all the fans are a bunch of hooligans. While that isn't true, we do have to admit that hooliganism is still a problem (see yesterday's Hull/Millwall game).

So my main question is what clubs in England would you say have the biggest Hooligan problem. Be honest and don't get your self all worked up just because your club is mentioned.

What would you like to see the WWE produce as their next big video release? My top three would be

1) The History of Sting: If somehow in the future they could get Sting to take part in a retrospective of his career, I would buy it on the day it came out. Most under appreciated World Champion ever.

2) The Anoa'i family: Wild Samoans, Peter Maivia, Superfly Snuka, Yokozuna, Rakishi, Umaga, Rocky Johnson, The Rock...this video would be a blockbuster...

3) Gimmick Matches: Past, Present, and future: Everything from Texas Death Matches to War Games could be profiled, with the people who took part in, and in some cases invented, the matches talking about them.

Oklahoma St. lost to an also ran Oregon team, and now co-champ Texas Tech is being handled by Ole Miss. Does this prove the main argument against the conference that they had no defense...how does this set up Texas and Oklahoma's chances...

My wife is leading a travel group in a few weeks, but she can't figure out one thing. She will be taking a Delta Flight from Birmingham to Atlanta, and then transferring to an Air Korea flight to go to Seoul. She was wondering if she was going to have to recheck he bags in Atlanta since she was changing carriers. Both are a part of the "Sky Team." It is also an international fight. In general, she is confused and could use some help.

It may have taken a bit longer than I would have liked, but Lawrie Sanchez has been fired by Fulham. Now if we could only pip Scotland to the signing of John Collins, we may be able to stay up. Any idea on what the chances of that happening are, and if it doesn't, who do you see being the new boss.

Why are so many people down on the TBS coverage of the playoffs. I've heard three major complains

1) The announcers aren't Exciting.

2) There isn't enough entertainment (Music in and out of breaks, flashy graphics, etc.)

3) It sucks (not really a complaint, just the general statement people have been making.)

I've watched a fair amount of the play-offs so far, and I think the announcers are doing fine. Most of them are baseball guys who go into the details, and that may turn some off. But personally, I'd rather hear someone taking strategy than shouting catchphrases or rambling on like a drunk Joe Morgan. As for the entertainment, the scoreboard is slick looking, and music does play, just not that loudly (this adds or subtracts nothing for me, btw). As for just yelling "It sucks," grow up.

As far as I'm concerned, the announcers are better then 90% of the guys on ESPN and Fox (Dave O'Brien, Joe Morgan, Tim McCarver, ugg). But give me your reasons.

I'm specifically wondering about the Green Apple and Kiwi flavors.
