I went to the doctor the other day with an ear infection, the doctor said that this "ear infection" has built up so much it's burst my ear drum, I'm in pain constantly even though I'm on ibuprofen and antibiotics, a day or so after going to the doctors my neck started to become even more stiff than it already was, the same has happened with my jaw it aches all the time and can't close it because I feel pressured and it is painful, to add to this I'm also loosing my appitite for food which is unusual for me as I'm a big fan of it, now I'm just eating because it's there not because I want to. Some other things are that I'm nauseous a lot lately and I'm getting these tremmors from my ear which feel like electric shocks to my brain which cause a head ache feel. I am really worried , what should I do ?

My dogs a shih-tzu .Around a month ago my dog sadly slipped a disc in his back, we had to take him to the vets and then had to have a major operation costing £4,000, fortunaley he lived and is still with us, well hes sitting right next to me ............ , Does this happen alot to all dogs or only to shih tzu's?

My shih-tzu is 26 nearly 27 lbs , im not sure how heavy the heaviest but please help me !
