I have a choice between an older Hobart or a pitco fryalator....the hobart is electric and the pitco is gas. Hobart clean...pitco dirty...what would you do? Anyone a fryer guru?

Or is a used fryer just a bad idea?

ever since then my computer won't recognize my USB flash drive it beeps like it "sees" it but no drive letter is assigned and there is no USB flash drive in "my computer" I tried looking in the device manager but there are no problems showing up there? Anyone have any ideas???
