Did you like the ending of mockingjay?
I kinda liked it. The epilogue was really good, but it didn't feel finished when it ended...
7 AnswersBooks & Authors1 decade agoWhy are Christians so sure of god?
Please no offense. I mean atheists want to debate and if people had real proof of god they would believe, but christians seem to be sure. Why and how do you get that 'sure' feeling?
12 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoProof of god? Please tell me?
So I don't get why all these people love god when there is no logical proof (not to offend.) please give my real proof god exists so I can understand why this is such a big thing.
20 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoPreparing for dog show?
So I want to know for those who show, what is your routine and what is showing like? I don't show, but i want to. Do you bath your dog the night before and then blanket them? how do you keep them clean? Have you ever had a huge mistake or mishap in a show, like a dog running off in a agility course or dogs start playing in the middle of a conformation class? Thanks!
9 AnswersDogs1 decade agoShould there be more sports for dogs?
? If so what do you think would be fun? I mean horses have so many sports but all dogs have is agility and obedience...(I know herding and fox hunting) but i am talking about for all breeds. Doggy Olympics would be so awesome!
My answer---I think there should be! I always thought inhand doggy eventing would be awesome! Endurance would be cool and then maybe even games(like horse mounted games!) haha I wish there was a club(like pony club) for kids with dogs. I could just picture a german sheperd running around some barrels! And it should be all off leash! like you would teach the dressage moves and then have the dog perform them!
Sorry for so many questions today, just fun to see what you guys think! :D

I took it from riding horses(hosing them down) after hard work. my dog doesn't love it, but after walking him out, i think it might help cool him down(he is long haired) What do you think and do you do it?

How young could someone start jumping their dog. I mean very small cross rails and poles. Is is OK to trot a dog over poles at a young age? (Irish Setter) I would be beginning agility. Also weaves, tunnels and other obstacles. Mainly jumping though. Thanks.

6 AnswersDogs1 decade agoWhat Breed of dog would work for me?
I live in a fairly small house, no fenced yard(I could fence a area though) and 1 dog, 2 cats and chickens. I need a dog with energy for agility, but also can relax. I groom once a day 6 times a week. Bike and run with me dog every day and take good care of him. I just need a dog to do agility, and he has back problems so i need to keep him healthy. THANK YOU! I was looking for a dog between 8-20 inches at the withers. I am not totally wanting a terrier because i need a dog who is very willing and not stubborn.
10 AnswersDogs1 decade agoShetland Sheepdog and Puppy questions?
Hi I'm interested in getting a sheltie. I am extremely active, with running and biking with my other dog every day. I take good care of tank (my 8 year old newfy mutt) I groom him after work, feed him 2 times a day and work with training a couple times a week. I would just have him if it weren't for his back problems. He cant do much jumping, and no agility, which is a interest of mine! So i was planning to retire him out of jumping and start fresh with a sheltie! I don't have a fenced yard, but can make a run or fenced area. I am responsible and just need to know, about shelties (I've read plenty already!) I need to know
* Known Diseases or illnesses shelties are prone to
* How high the fence must be and how big
* Beginner agility training tips
* Introducing to kitties and one other dog
* Supplies
*What to expect
*Signs of good or bad breeders
* Price ranges for puppies
* Prices for shows
*What to expect at shows
*GOOD brands of food
*Age expectancy
*any more info on puppies or shetland sheepdogs
Answer one or all and if you have other info, it ALL helps!!!! THANKS

1 AnswerDogs1 decade agoMedium sized breed to fit my lifestyle + New dog questions?
So I live in the suburbs, have a 8 year old big dog and 2 cats, 1 being 5 and 1 being 18. I have chickens. I am very active, being a young teen and bike with my dog for 15-20+ min a day. I want to start agility and am looking to inquire a purebred medium size dog. I don't have a fenced yard, but may be able to work something out with a pen or run or something. I have owned dogs all my life, have been riding horses for 5 years and have lots of experience caring and with responsibility. I would do agility with my other dog, but he has some back problems and do not want to hurt him. One of my cats is very scared of dogs (the 5 year old one) and i would need help on introducing them. I think she would get use to it, because her and my 8 year old are fine together (Friends actually.) Thanks and I was thinking of a sheltie, but tell me what you think. Me and my mom already discussed about college, so please don't bring that into it. THANK YOU
3 AnswersDogs1 decade agoBiking with a dog help?
So my 8 yr old newfy mix has just started the training to run along side a bike. (I just hold the leash and he runs. The thing is he pulls when we pass people and i have dropped the leash before. I was thinking about using his halti so i can keep more control of him, what do you think. We bike around 20 min a day with 90% of it being running 8% of it being trotting and 2% being walking(off bike) He is overweight and i have to keep him in shape, but i don't have loads of time.

3 AnswersCurrent Events1 decade agoAnimal Shelter Adoption Questions?
I am hoping to adopt a puppy from a animal shelter. I know millions of dogs go into shelters each year, but I was wondering if most shelters have puppies? How much is the adoption fee for one? Are there purebreds? I don't need a purebred but just wondering.
It is just so hard to walk in animal control knowing you can save one puppies life, but which one? How should I choose which one? Any tips are greatly appreciated.
Thank You
