I live in Ohio but work out of state in North Dakota. Ohio has e check for vehicles but North Dakota does not. This is my first time dealing with this. The vehicle is in North Dakota an I really do not want to have to drive all the way back to Ohio to do an e check for this vehicle. Which I can’t do because the tags are expired right now. How can I get tags for my plates with it being out of state in a state that does not require e check? What are my options?

First time it happened my girlfriend was cleaning the snow off her car and walked into the laundry room where our cat jeeves came to her and was very loving as usual. But then he suddenly went insane clawing, biting, and out right went insane. She had to lock herself in the laundry room away from him. He was meowing very meanly and different then usual out side the door. I got home from work opened the door and he was sitting my my weight bench completely fine. I started petting him and he was EXTREMLY loving, I petted him for 10 or so minutes. He seemed fine so I just kept a eye on him. Few minutes passed and he was still rubbing all over my legs etc. I knelt down on one knee petting him with his front paws on my knee, petting his head he opened up his front legs wrapped them around my arm and viciously bit me and clawed me like a wild stray cat. I stood up and he charged at me. I yelled his name multiple times over and over and over to get him to back down and stop. He kept coming towards me. Our other cat which is a bit older then him came running down the stairs to my rescue where she pushed jeeves away from me and batted him a few times as if she was protecting me! I had to yell at her to calm down so that there wouldn't be a blood bath between the two cats. She finally ran off. But jeeves was still in kill mode. I grabbed a bottle of water opened it and spray him with it. He cooled off and walked away from me growling still very very upset and mean. He wouldn't stop! finally I grabbed a towel and put him in a carrier took him to vet. Explained all this that he never ever has been remotely mean at all. Was the perfect cat! Vet couldn't find anything wrong with him he had a fever and they gave him a antibiotic. Took him home and he has been very very loving again.

Few weeks later, He has been spraying all over the house its horrible! all the furniture is ruined etc. As a last ditch effort to stop from getting rid of the cat hes getting his balls removed Monday. But tonight my girlfriend and I were in the garage doing some crafts together. Left the door open so the cats could come out into the garage if they wanted. Jeeves was the only one who came out. He was so happy to be in the garage. All sudden my girlfriend starts backing away from him yelling he's gonna attack me again. I look up and he runs towards her clawing biting hissing going nuts at her. I yelled at the cat an ran at him. He then ran out of the garage. I slammed the door. Outside the door you could here him meowing very low and aggressively. Very unhappy. I opened door an went in the room to calm the cat. His eyes were very very dilated. I even tried the slow blink of trust etc which he did not return as I tried multiple times..... He kept getting worse so I grabbed a bottle of water again and sprayed him he ran off. Other cat comes to rescue again and pushes jeeves around. he runs upstairs where I go after him talking to him to calm him down. He wont relax or calm down, like hes stuck in pissed off mode.... after some time half hour plus he calms down. Now he is VERY apologetic towards us. But cant trust him because he turns with no signs at all..........

Please help if you know anything of what to do.... I am about to throw the cat out or give him away and it is killing me inside thinking I may have to do that.....

Im running out of ideas to try on removing the cat urine out of my carpet. Any thing someone has tried that actually works for deep cleaning to remove this horrible cat urine from my carpet. I have even pulled the section of the carpet up an tried cleaning the actual mat... Im running out of ideas. Please help.

I have a computer with windows xp on it and I cant access the internet wirelessly at all. The little connection icon isn't even in the bottom right corner. How do I re enable my wireless connection? I got as far as trying to re enable the local area connection but its stuck in disabled mode. What steps do I need to do to get my computer to be able to pick up wireless internet? Thanks.

I got a reckless op ticket today on the ticket it says, ord 333.02(a). I have one speeding ticket previous to this which was when I was 18. I am now 21 and just got this reckless op ticket. I have no idea what to expect? Will I just have a hefty fine or will I lose my lisence etc.... I really dont know and the internet isnt helping me learn much about what to expect. Thanks all.

99 Powerstroke all sudden loses power driving down road serivce engine light pops on. Pull over shut off vehicle restart vehicle and vehicles drives fine, Doesnt do it all the time just here and there. Service engine light goes away after restarting. What could this be?

I got two cats not even a year old yet. few months. close to year possibly. The one is perfectly fine but the other is acting weird. She wont sit down, keeps rolling around making a noise. Keeps her butt in the air. Wont sit still or anything shes rubbing all over the place. with her face. Idk whats wrong with her. 2004 Dakota 3.7 4x4 Truck shudders/misfire?

I just bought 2004 dakota 3.7 4x4 SXT. Truck runs good and all. Cept it has two problems. While driving at a constant speed say 35mph, if you look at the rpm gauge you can see it move up 300rpms and down then over and over keeps doing it and if you listen you can hear it slightly reving and your pedal isnt moving you just keeping a constant speed. Next randomly while driving it seems like the truck will misfire/shudder doest do it going down hill. If you let off it goes away. Its like the trans doesnt knw to shift up or down possibly? Has 70,800 miles on it. Auto. I cant seem to figure out what it is. Scanned it and they found no codes. What could this be?

Ok hope you guys can lend a hand helping me here. I recently just had my rear end rebuild and new carrier bearing installed. Well now the howling sound is gone thank god. But my new issue is that right up around 30-35mph+ I get this really annoying vibration in the truck it seems to go away below that speed and above it seems to reduce... but its still there..What could this be I really don't even know where to begin looking. When truck went into shop to have rear end rebuild and carrier bearing installed it didn't have this issue but now it does. What could this be from? How do I fix it? Truck is a 97 dodge dakota 2wd V8.
